@@gabescoffeestuff I'm looking for the best settings for espresso. pry can't handle selected coffee beans. :( I use medium roast, I want the flavors of orris and chocolate. how does roughness grind intensity etc. for select grains, the puck weighs 17g for intensity 1, while for market grains it weighs 17g for intensity 3.
@ if you want a more ‘chocolatey’ taste, I recommend, get a darker roast. And if that’s still not up to what you want, maybe you need to increase the intensity. Hope this helps. This is just a simple adjustment. There’s more things you can do.
