Part one of a two part video on a how to fix up that old gaming pc
case to look just as or even cooler than it did when it first came out.
Sanding, cleaning, painting, budget pc restoration and even a slight
cooling mod.
modstek, I always love your no-muss, no-fuss approach to these projects. So far, you've never done anything too outrageously unrealistic for someone with a deficient attention span like myself. Thank You for being genuine while keeping your uploads short, sweet, and FUN!
Thank you I appreciate that
Case takes me back to about 2006.
oh yea the fun of bringing older PC back to life
Modddyyyyyy good to see you back man. Awesome build as always.
Oh, exactly the same case I have!!!
Nice paint job can't wait to see the rest of the project :-)
Dude!! I have THREE very similar cases lying around, rusting away... may take up a couple of days of sanding and priming the metal parts, but I think I'm going to take a page out of your book and get them looking new and shiny like yours...
that's boss, i have that exact case sitting in the garage for the past 2 years. soyotech i think, love the handle.
I love your videos. Yellow and black, good colour combination. Wasp PC!
I had the same case when i built my pc for the first ever time myself. A bit of a sleeper it was - ryzen 5 2600, rx560, 16gig ram and some cheap ssd.
You really are the best pc mod technician, complimenti bro, like by Warmachine Bodybuilding of garage Gym italy
Keep go on! Cong.
Bro i have a similar asus case no way, you brought me motivation
Looks superb.
Nice colors
I have the same computer at home🤣
It seems like you paint everything yellow and black. I would almost bet you drive a yellow car! 😁
Did you use some sort of adhesive to help the paint bind better or just straight up spray it with paint and nothing else?
Krylon fusion is an all in one paint. They make a primer with adhesion but it's not necessary. The main thing is to clean it well with a 90% rubbing alcohol and if your using gloss paint put it on thick but not drip thick because you can't come back later with more coats or it bubbles.
The top fan must take the air out,
not in. Basic thermodynamic
thats funny i have that same case
First one 🤣❤️❤️ good job man 😉☺️
epic!
I had a case like that I wished I had saved it
you should buy a hole cutter
very not bad
Thanks

We love the channel, those cases are ugly....they will always be ugly, even after modstech-ing it.
