    John, that opening slide clip... WOW! Outstanding. Thank you so much for plugging into the True Spring, we really appreciate it.

      If there's a better sounding digital reverb then that, I've never heard it.

    It is appreciated that someone does these reviews who genuinely enjoys talking about it with joy instead of just trying to sell this crap. John is awesome at this.

    *Oh wow! I really love the way the camera person kept the camera on John during the entire video because I really didn't want to see the pedal or ANY of the settings! Looks like we ALL have a big crush on John!*

    John the opto tremolo is choppier, while the bias has a smoother effect. Great playing and great sounding pedal!

    No doubt, THE most impressive pedal effect I've heard in a decade, like the very pricey Strymon, but with a broader and more neutral tonal signature(¬ crazy expensive).Allowed only one pedal, this would be it for me.
    Could listen to John noodle all day.

    The pedal is cool and all, but that rendition of Amazing Grace just took me to church. 👍👍

    Yessss the Bohlinger Rug on the first look!
    Is this a new pedal? I already owned this in 2018.
    But it's one of the best spring reverbs i'v owned!

    By the title, I thought it had real springs. Not the case, right? Just digital? If so, I’ll keep my VanAmps.

    • @caseyscott1766
      @caseyscott1766 5 лет назад

      Yes, it's digital. Though, to my ears, the best digital iteration of spring reverb I've ever heard.

      It's the True Spring engine from Source Audio's flagship Ventris Dual Reverb pedal, with a few extra goodies thrown in there.

    The only thing true about the name is it is a LIE. So appropriate to use with a relic'd guitar and a modeling amp...into a DAW with quantization and auto tune...for the modern skill set.
