My daughter has a 2008 Honda Civic and the AC is out. I’ve watched mini videos on this problem and your share by far is the best of all of them kudos to you. You have given me the ability to go out and try and figure this out myself. I took it to a mechanic and he said $1000 to replace the whole system and he may be right but now I can go and figure this out myself before I take it back to him. Thank you , once again. 💎💎💎💎💎

Thanks, I have 95 accord. Compressor not kicking, blower neither..when it was recently wrkin it blew out the vents hot and only on 3 speed. I changed blower actuator then vents blew. Month after all dead. Car been sitting tho for a year
AC Quit Blowing one day but then came on again today started car no AC Blowing and Radio said it needed a code.. Got radio code no AC still Stumped?? Fuses look good going to check blower motor tomorrow..

The air blowing in my Honda is intermittent, usually when I put the car in park for whatever reason it starts blowing, but if I’m already driving and start the ac no air comes through.
Check your freeon level first too see how much it have. Honda Honda known to have compressor problems it could be your compressor as well. However Check one at a time first.
@D. Hoopz only replace what is not work only. Resistor is controlled your fan speed. If your resistor doesn't work it only work at certain speed only. Blow motor doesn't work mean doesn't matter which speed you turn to still doesn't do anything.

She's so stubborn and didn't want it fixed since summer is near.. i said well them you'll melt lol instead of freeze. She has lights that indicates which vent system is in use but nothing. So I'm guessing the blower motor itself is what's bad.

My air will randomly stop blowing and then a few hours or days later just start working again. It often starts working if I run over a pothole or hit a speed bump going at about 25 mph. Any idea as to what could be wrong so I can fix it and stop jumping my civic every time the air stops blowing?
Same happens with mine, it works one day then suddenly stops. But working the next day. Now none of the air vents blowing air which sucks because its really cold in the mornings😭

My a/c was working just fine until I got into my radio to fix it. I fixed the radio wiring but now the a/c won’t turn on. It sounds like it’s trying to turn on at first but then it doesn’t
If I just get up one morning and all of a sudden the ac isn't blowing air. Could this mean it's just a fuse? My ac worked perfectly nice and cold the day before this now all of a sudden no air at all..
Maybe fuse but normally blown fuse it have to be short somewhere to cause it blown. I will say likely your blow motor is going out than blown fuse. Check both you should solve your problem.

Before changing compressor or any parr you need to diagnose what not working first don't just think it's maybe and replace it. That will cost you a lot money if you replace wrong part.
Im diagnose boths fans work as well, but one thing went im turn on engine fan wont keep on and Compressor won't clutch. im dont know why what happened now.
Does this apply to my situation I was driving the other day and I had the AC full blast but nothing was blowing and then as soon as I go to the freeway it turned on and then it slowed down again. Could this be a sign that my blower is about to fail and need to replace it. Please advise. Thank you for all your helpful content.

If you don’t have a voltage tester (I didn’t) try nocking on the blower. That worked for me!

The blow motor most likely. The resistor is controlled your fan speed. If some speed doesn't work then yes the resistor is bad.

Maybe your clutch or the compressor is bad.

I think it's your control board. Maybe the dial burn out or loose.

No bad blow motor doesn't effect ac compressor at all.

I bought this car for 3000 year 2011 because ac wasn’t working and paint was bad only had 89k miles

@@SuperTx2011 check to see you have enough freon. Test your compressor to see it still working
@@alltsabok so if no freon then the fan and Compressor won't work right have more freon or what.
@@SuperTx2011 if no freon the clutch doesn't engage then the condenser fan won't turn on. But your blower fan in your car is on.
