SA just has the best architecture and its houses aren’t ridiculously overpriced like in some African countries.

Wonderful South Florida style Johannesburg Mega Mansion, I like the great room white marble floor and chandelier. I like the library office with the view of the fountain, I like the gray quartz kitchen, I like the 12 seat dining room. I like the master bedroom with the desk inside it and I like the white marble master bathroom. I like the infinity number 8 pool and last I like the balcony. $3 million for this marble floor mansion is a very good price.
This house is truly beautiful to the last inch! The price is even low for that quality. I am sure something like this in Beverly Hills or Miami would go for at least $10M.

Coming to Africa, this would cost more than 10 million dollars in Accra, don't even mention Lagos. If person dey talk now e go be like say person dey put him own country down! Who remembers the unfurnished 3m dollar house in Banana Island Lagos, that Tayo showcased on his page? If you haven’t seen it pls search for it and watch it. Now my question is, in what way does that house match this property here? You can’t even compare! I’m pretty sure the surrounding area where both houses are situated can’t be compared as well! When I say Nigerians have become too greedy and have lost all sense of value, it will be like person no dey patriotic!

This house is easily a £10 mil mansion in Hampstead Heath in North West London. Property is cheap in Joburg.
The currency is the reason y looks cheaper in SA this is expensive
@@phadagiLL Property is actually cheaper in SA than many places in the world. You can't dream of such house in Seoul or New York, let alone London. Coming to Africa, this would cost more than 10 million dollars in Accra, don't even mention Lagos. House at beach front cost far less, most millionaires all over the world at pick a house in Cape town or Joburg as their holiday homes.
To make utmost use of the space provided in this building, you certainly need a community living with you.
I love the generous spaces and the choice of colours.
