- Although this is AX3000 written in the box, but when we check in Device Manager, it stated Inter(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz. I found the answer from TP-Link forum: "Since the chipset of Archer TX50E is Intel AX200, so it would show up under general settings of the wireless adapter"

Hi, if I may ask, during you’re doing the test speed, how far or what is the distance between your pc and your router? Is there any wall between em? Or you are from different storeys? Thank you. Your reply would be much appreciated.

Hi. I have question. I already follow the instruction., The WiFi is working, but I got issue on Bluetooth. It is not working. The cable already connected to the usb pin and installed the driver.. what possiblity prob you think?
Sorry cant help u on ths, try on other pc and test… thn u might knw either tx50e got faulty or your pc usb pin not working
Hiii, I have the exact same problem. I contacted the TP-LINK support and they didn't know how to help me, except for giving me a hint that it had to do with a software conflicting the functioning of the bluetooth driver. I came here looking for help but it seems that it has no solution :(
I have the problem the other way around, that is, the bluetooth works but the wifi doesn't work

What was the distance from the router? Were the tests made in 2.4 or 5ghz?

Now you need an wifi extender like a (TP-Link - RE605X AX1800 Wi-Fi 6)

U may go your country tplink official website and look for software.
Download it on your phone and transfer it with usb
If u have a wifi6 router they work really well together
Ya im using wifi 6 router, but maybe my internet speed only max 300mbps
Mine just constantly connects and disconnects and I’ve tried everything. Reinstalling, checking drivers, using the intel support thing to check for updates and I’ve gotten no where
U might need contact the tplink professional support and find out the issue. Try install the device in other pc to check whether is pc issue or tx50e problem

should open it up, i just bought this and there is no thermal pad, connecting to the module, so the heatsink so its useless
What is your regular Internet speed before you connected this networks card?
Previous i use T4U AC1300 best result 187mbps, after change to ths TX50E AX3000 best speed 228mbps. Slightly increase abit, but more stable.
Is it a problem if you have a amd cpu?

Good question! I go dig back the manual, it mention the usb cable is for bluetooth function.

who on earth are using Win8.1 by now? Just upgrade to Win10 and solve the problem easily my man.

I didnt test ths, so far after i change to ths, bluetooth connection to headset is the same as previous.
can i plug the usb cable into usb 2.0 since my mobo manual dont exactly shows f_usb?
the usb cable for bluebooth function is 9pins type, u can find in your motherboard, normally motherboard there will state a very small wording USB to indicate that is for USB. USB 2.0 or 3.0 doesnt matter, as long as USB port.

Ths might have many possibilities, if u follow all the instructions, and selected this device at the network setting, still no function, thn the only possibility is your AX3000 gt defect.

You need 1-2gigabit internet first and wifi6 router and then test this for now you wifi6 card is useless!

You're internet speed test is so slow, 100 out of 300. Is you Wireless Router WiFi-6 ? A WiFi-6 adapter is not going to make much improvement on a WiFi-5 router.
Yes u r right! my router is wifi6 ax3000, im not sure why that time speed test speed is quite slow, now average get 200mbps out of 300mbps.
