  • 昔日, 每逢七月十四日, 圍村村民就會化做手粉小食, 但到了今天, 只有老一輩才知道手粉。
    今次, 我們工作坊介紹手粉的由來及製作方法等….
    In the past, people in walled village make the snack “Sau Fun” at the Festival of hungry ghost.
    Now, only elderly would know the recipe. This time the granny “Kwai Fung” of Lung Yeuk Tau, teach us how to make “Sau Fun” ….

    請問是否只混合糯米粉和粘米粉,再加水?
    糖和花生只做饀料

    in my memory, "Sau Fun", it seems to me the major flour ingredient is rice flour instead of sweet rice flour. Any thought?

      那個叫手粉格. 部驟都差不多. 但係花生餡個圓孔大了些. 同時成品看來有點粗糙. 我母親做得好好吃.
