- In this video I show you how I removed and re-fit the adjustable front centre and side air vents on a Skoda Fabia MK1 99-07 comfort which is similar to other Skoda Fabia models

any clue as to whether or not the skoda roomster 2007 has a bulkhead grommit to access car battery and fit a switch onto dashboard and where it is ?
I have broken one of the slats on the vent due to using a phone holder. Is it easy to just replace the slats?

What is the diameter on the flange of that spoke ? I recently bought a new one to do this job with, but the flange on the end wasn't very wide, so wouldn't give any purchase on the vent..

It is the return 'fuel pipe' when replacing these it is important to get the correct internal diameter pipe (it looks like standard fuel pipe) and replace complete section lengths between fittings :-)
Ah. No. I meant the cycle spoke that you used for removing the fascia vents.. when they are pulled out 😀

I had this problem also which remedied itself when I replaced the drivers door micro switch, also check fuses/wiring/lamp. Thanks, I may just do one on that:-)

Yes the dashboard and it's main part come out, but you will have to be careful with the airbags which need disconnection. Disconnect the battery first. You will need to clear the airbag warning codes on installation. I am going to do a video on the central part soon, thanks for the sub :-)

it is on a sticker underneath the carpet in your boot. 4 digit code just underneath engine code, lacknr/paint no.
Hi there , annoying rattling sound comes from the central upper dashboard. slightly above air vents . When I hit it, the sound stops and then starts again:) how do i solve this .. Thank you.
This is what I did for that: take the centre vents out carefully: ruclips.net/video/TSL5g2-evVI/видео.html and then put a little grease on where the pipe fits on. maybe this will work for you :-)
I've got a nice rattle to the top of those vents, so now I now how to investigate 😅

My airvents are broken i would like to reasembly it can you take it apart so i can put it back together

@@HatBoyHarvey yes the grills are broken the knob cant move the grills, the guy i got the car he glued it in place and i glue weakened and now its ugly, i would like just to close them and to syat closed

So much usless plastic around cars... so heavy
And plastic is derived from oil :-)
