I agree 100% with you about BeyondATC being a great platform to train on, I used it for around 20 flights then transfered to Vatsim without any problems, it get you used to listening to instructions and flying the plane at the same time.
A couple of months down the line using Vatsim is no problem to me at all.
It would be nice if Vatsim coming online could disable BATC and when Vatsim goes BATC takes over. That would be something worth having. Can't see it happening though.
Thank you for the video, is there instructions on how to inject traffic into the sim? I have the Slider all the way up and the Traffic switched to on. I used AIG for my AI Traffic, do I need to have it running? Thanks
So traffic will be heard upto 200nms in sim. The injector will only physically inject it when it is 50nms from you.
Looks like a good product. Seems however that restrictions aren’t coded in yet. For example there is a Level constraint at AOSTA for inbounds that wasn’t at all followed (almost 10’000ft to high 😂). Also I feel like the vectoring and voices are a bit off… The base of the product is rather good I must say.

Great video, i'm going to have to try BATC but not been confident enough to do it so far as still learning to fly the Fenix Airbus family. How do you get the info bar with your flight info displaying at the top of your screen?
This is a streaming overlay, so you cat actually see it in the sim.
I don't have the supporter version yet, but I have to say, this does appear to now live up to the hype. Having other traffic being properly controlled around you really brings the sim to life in a way that previously only VATSIM could, and in some ways, this is even better. Once they get proper separation in, en route traffic and add in things like oceanic procedures and VFR, it's going to be a total revolution.

how do u exactly use this with vatsim? when theres no atc on vatsim etc

Honestly love this! Great fill in for when you don't fancy VATSIM and had a fairly bug free experience last night
I bought BATC a while ago but dont really know what I should be saying. Been flight simming for years but mainly DCS that kind of thing, so the whole ATC procedures is a dark art to me at the moment. Looking forward to diving in though and learning.
Just use the auto-respond feature, it's more realistic anyway! Typically the pilot not flying handles ATC not the PF!
