      @@IowaNVGuy check there isn’t enough videos on these tubes. I think there pretty freaking decent.

      @@IowaNVGuyI have the Jerry and a Photonis echo pvs14 my photo tube is higher spec around 2150 FOM, 33 SNR and 66 res. The pvs14 has a crisper image than the Jerry and the Photonis have better contrast but the difference is negligible. The Jerry has a noisier image but unless you side by side them you’d be hard pressed to tell a difference. I do prefer the Jerry because binos just work better for me.

      @@WhiskeyTango89 that was my reason for buying,.. I had a 2500 FOM elbit 14, but duels are way easier to get around with.

      Me too man! They look pretty good. And at that price for dual tubes can’t beat it

      @@brianmoore5138The glass kinda sucks and the tubes are 1400-1500 FOM on average. They're a decent unit, but you do get what you pay for. I would have loved to have one if it filled my needs. Running a 2337 FOM Echo in a 14 now. I don't think that I'd trade it.

    Thanks for the vid. That was actually pretty good performance for the conditions you described. They looked totally useable for driving?

    • @IowaNVGuy
      @IowaNVGuy  10 месяцев назад +1

      I have driven a little with them,.. some gravel some paved. Hell of a lot easier than my pvs14 was!

      After recently discovering these, I 've shifted my first NV device goals from a PVS-14 to these, they just seem like a good deal@@IowaNVGuy

    Tube looks pretty clean. Does it have any black spots or blemishes at all?

    • @IowaNVGuy
      @IowaNVGuy  10 месяцев назад

      Right tube is clean left tube has a zone 2 spot very small, only visible on white wall. From what I understand all of the J31s are very clean tubes.

    I have to admit that for a Chinese goggle that costs 1/3rd of what other NV costs the image looks pretty decent

    Which one would you recommend, white or green?

    • @IowaNVGuy
      @IowaNVGuy  8 месяцев назад

      I prefer white,.. for me it is easier on the eyes. I definitely feel eyestrain when I’m using green.

    I saw you had a video of an Elbit, How does that compare to the jerry 31?

    • @IowaNVGuy
      @IowaNVGuy  10 месяцев назад +2

      Elbit was a little more clear and a little brighter. I’ll be doing a review full review soon, working on getting more cameras and editing material.
