Thanks for the info! 6 years later, and it's still useful! ^_^ Although you might want to note in the title that you're aware it's not Excel but instead Open Office
i am using this program for a few months now and its works fine except for one small issue. The autosum feature does not automatically update my totals and i always now have to doublecheck my figures which is a nuisence!
This is Apache Office. I personally do use Apache, like it better than MS, but this isn't Excel. Excel is a trademark name bought by Microsoft. Apache is separate.
Pity. You must be doing something really complex for it to not do what you need (VB macros perhaps!?) so buy the real Excel on Open Office subscription.
Apologies for the incorrect title 6 years ago. It's now been amended so people know I'm talking about an Excel equivalent programme which is free. You didn't really think Excel could be totally free did you?
brillant. thank u so much. I already spent a stupid amount of money on all my college books and programs, this saved me quite a pretty penny
WORKS LIKE A LIGHT! SIMPLE AND SHORT. THANKS MAN. thanks a ton!

Glad you found it useful. Point taken and title amended to explain it's NOT Excel but an equivalent program. :)
He is talking about Open Office, which has a program that is * SIMILAR * to Excel, called Calc.
But Calc is not Excel.
Thank you Thomas wish you success in your life
Thanks man, This program is a big help.

Erm, okay, can you actually TYPE in those spaces? Because the thick plus sign over them usually means you cant click and write anything :/
