Mick, i think the color of the paint on that Honda looks fine. Always worth a little extra time on a Honda. Should improve the value! 🇺🇸Roger
Doing them while they are running gives you a reference. It can get exciting though.
I’m not so sure we can do that here on these American made mowers. I cleaned my carb out and reattached it to the mower and the mower seems to be running a little fast now. I did not see a screw on the carburetor anywhere that you can use to adjust the RPMs. Oh well lost again onto the next video.

I put the spring into the higher hole and that seemed to bring the revs up sufficiently! Maybe that's why they have two holes?
