- For this Gelli Experiments video, we're looking at different types of paper to use on the Gelli Plate, there's obviously more than I've mentioned and we only did a little experiment with a couple of them, but we will explore more of them in the coming episodes of Gelli Experiments :D Hope you find it helpful! Really appreciate these videos. Love to listen/watch these while I'm spinning yarn in the morning. You have a relaxing voice and manner and lots of good info. Gelli plates have been kind of a mystery to me. And this video helped me understand that this medium is perhaps most used for art journaling and collage. Those are areas that I haven't explored yet . . . as though I need another crafty obsession!
