Even though this tutorial is 6 years old and your studio and teaching style have come a long way, I still learned SO MUCH from this tutorial. Unmesh, you're the best 🙌
I know a lot of the things you've explained because of other videos, but you are getting my attention because your way is better, different and fresh. Keep on man.
It's been 5yrs ago you published this video and when I watch this today (2021/07/14) i am really glad to see how you were then and how you are now. You are such a beautiful and motivative person. Finally you are the best photoshop teacher on the internet.
man even 4 years ago compared to your videos now...hysterical and awesome! The upgrade from then to now is awesome! I really enjoyed this video and loved the step by step...it helped me tons!
Waww,...... Today I have just come here searching about frequency separation...... Seriously, I can't imagine its you.... You and your setup have changed... But you style hasn't.... It motivates me a lot..... Thanks..... You are such a inspiration for me Man... !¡!
Just came across your tutorials and they're great! Just the right amount of details to get the job done. Fast forwarding through the repetitive actions is very considerate. Occasional review of keyboard shortcuts is nice too. I've been using Photoshop since CS3 and I learned new things watching you work. You're great at PS - and more importantly - great at explaining it! Thanks + please keep posting!
Give me your photoshop skills!!!!!! Lol, love watching your videos. When I want to learn how to do something in photoshop, I come to your channel. Your videos are accurate and the instructions you give are easy to follow. Thank you!!
You have answered so many questions I have struggled with. You are the best editor and teacher I have found! Thank you! You are definitely my favorite!
You are doing really great. I am learning so much based on your videos. And the way you present your infornation is really fun. I like your calm and ambitioned way, always friendly, happy and with good and easy to understand explanations. Thank you so much. You are making the best Ps tutorials I have seen so far. Greetings from germany.
So glad I just found your channel!! Amazing teacher! Not only do you clearly explain how to do it you explain the methods behind them. So good! I thought Phlearn was great but you are next level! Have been watching and studying your clips all day.
Wow!! nice job, and besides that, a model who hasn't those horrible instagram eyebrows , just normal ones! props also to the make-up artist ♥ And as I said on another videos, your room has a loud resonance in B, on the 123 Hz (I'm into sound engineering). When your voice hits that note, the room resonates and builds up that note. Filter up with Eq (Hi pass filter from 120 Hz and you're done).
Just getting started on portrait retouching and i am really enjoying your tutorials. Do you recommend doing frequency seperation first, then dodge and burn, then skin smooth through high pass? Please correct me if im wrong.
Watching your channel for a while but this is my first comment. Honestly this channel is one of the best to learn Photoshop. Thanks man for your effort and time. And by the way I'm impressed with your English accent. I find Indian English kind of funny. But you rock as you rock with Photoshop. Keep up the good work.
Hi Unmesh, I just stumbled upon your channel recently and so far I really like your way of explaining things; now I wonder if you know how to fix skin that has large pores without having to deal with them one by one or copy texture from other areas, since it can look too artificial when most a subject's face has that feature. Thanks a lot for your work.
Dang your tutorials are so cool man!😂 If I have a problem and if i find a video that has the solution, usually thats the last time I'm watching that RUclipsrs video again but for some reason I ended up getting sidetracked and watched 5 of your videos🤣😂 ...Great job man!
With this way I could use the clone stamp tool too, with other tutorials (like Phlearn) I couldn't, for some reson when the layer (the one remain grey) was not working, many thanks. Suscribed...
Watching carefully I notice when removing the blemishes and using the spot healing brush....if you watch very carefully you'll notice it eliminates the blemish but replaces it with a patch that has not texture. Watching further, it does this every time he heals a spot. I'll stick with the clone stamp tool and pick my clone source, and if there is a variation in color just fix it in the Frequency Separation group. {kind of the point of the FR group anyway yes???}
why does the blur filter apply on the skin tone layer? I think it should be on the details layer....could you explain to me, thanks! like your tutorials
Hi PIXimperfect. I have a problem using the lassoo tool to select an area of skin near a hard boundary like a hem or strap or hair line. Where the colour of the fabric or hair is much darker or lighter than the skin, the blurring brings a lighter or darker shade into the selected area. This still happens when I reduce the selection feathering to 0. Any idea how I can get around this? Many thanks for your tutorials, btw!

WOW ! This idea is so great..
Is there a reason you made a copy of the background for Blemishes instead of making a new regular layer and using that and sampling current & below?
Great job done
unmesh you're awesome
BRO WHICH PHOTOSHOP DO U USE
Thank you so much for your teaching there teacher
Dear Unmesh make a video for frequency separation on land scape image
Watching carefully I notice when removing the blemishes and using the spot healing brush....if you watch very carefully you'll notice it eliminates the blemish but replaces it with a patch that has not texture. Does image size matter when selecting the amount of noise?
Совсем еще молодой)
Спасибо за уроки)
What a nice brother. How to know so much? Our head is nothing but you can see your video and forget about it later. What can I do?
what to do first for beauty retouching and what is second step and so on , how can we arrange the steps to begin the work ?
because in blending is to subtract and not add, because in many videos I see the same technique but with adding, scale equal to 2 and offset to 0.
This is awesome.
crazily helpful
you are the best!!! thank you so much!!
Thank you very much..................... !
why does the blur filter apply on the skin tone layer? I think it should be on the details layer....could you explain to me, thanks! like your tutorials
