  • Discover one of the most powerful high-end skin retouching techniques in Photoshop to fix blotchy skin, discoloration, or unevenness. You can use this technique to not only fix any issues with the skin but also for high-quality skin softening or smoothing while keeping the texture intact.
    In this tutorial, we will start by using Frequency Separation to separate the image into color and texture and then use various advanced techniques to precisely target and repair blotchy and uneven skin. We will use methods such as the Patch Tool and Hue/Saturation, along with the help of Check Layers, to get the cleanest results. I hope this video helps you. Thank you so much for watching :)

    Hi Uhmesh
    You explain everything in such detail, I completely understand your process and more importantly how to use it in my work. If only I had teachers and lecturers like you way back, life might have been so much better for me. I really can't complain, I am a happy fan of yours and look forward to more of you lectures. Many, many thanks my friend.

    Wow Unmesh, I admire you. Concepts of most of these tips are known to me, because I am a VFX artist, constructing them in more technical ways and applying them to moving pictures, but I always love to watch your tutorials anyway, because you are my hero. Combination of artistic talent and skill, with technical knowledge and ability to teach people with a clean way of explaining things and voice work that can lead the listeners attention in a very polite manner.
    Thank you for all your work you are doing for us.

    Fascinating. Never saw anyone separate lightness and color in frequency separation! SUGGESTION: Do a tutorial on how to preserve freckles. I once saw someone do this by creating a layer that consisted of nothing but the freckles, then do a regular skin retouch, then make the freckles layer visible -- but I don't recall how they created the freckles layer. Thanks!

    I like to go up to 16 bit. Also when I scan a pic to do repair I like to do high res and work with a huge file size. I find the end result for me is better when I down size it. I do it just for myself usually since I spend so much time on them. I have fixed a few for others as a surprise but those are not at high res.

    • @PiXimperfect
      @PiXimperfect  2 года назад +1
