Great video and some great jumps. That looks like a great place to bash. You called it at the beginning when you said ". . .something is getting broken". Kudos to your wife for supporting your hobby, while sitting on the sideline.
You broke more parts in one day then I have all summer long with my TLR Typhon lol I mostly race at the track but its got some big ass jumps and I have crashed it a bunch of times. I don't take mine to the skatepark because it would end up like yours did 😆 Looks fun though
He man like j say if you ain’t breaking it you ain’t having fun, got the m2c beefcake kit going on the truck in the next video and then it’s going back to the skatepark to see how durable those parts are
You have the right idea bro. In RCing , there is no right or wrong !!!!!! Taking it to the limit is what this sport is all about , and read the definition of sport , It's about competition. It's about getting the one up on the other. It's about doing things nobody else has done before , so that's why I call it a sport. Congratulations!!!!!! You're giving me ideas for my redcat racing Everest 10 which I'm fully redoing. The reason why I buy Red Cat racing products is cuz they give you a good template to build off of. I don't know if I'll go that big with the tires, but I definitely like the design. Thanks a lot for giving me the idea !!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe practice with a smaller truck till you get the hang of it? Large scale is way less forgiving. I always try a new place or jump out with one of my smaller trucks before i bring out the big guys. How tight was that pinion mesh? That sound is what i to tight mesh sounds like and that heat is what it causes. The motor will usually melt before the center diff. Luckily you were being very light with the trigger.
I dont get why people think they need to 'destroy them to the moon' . You know you could actually take your toys home in one piece. Maybe its just me but i like to tinker a lot more than mend and repair my poor trigger work
@@Everything__RC hey do what you like . I do dumb stuff myself, just different. . With the exception of crawlers most of my rigs end up some sort of speed machine. Thank for the sacrifical lamb, BUT if you guys learned to land better , you WILL avoid all that damage. NOBODY jumps more insane than Thunder RC, and he has WAY LESS damage with 30 - 40 jumps , with the Arrma Outcast.
Rich Duperbash is a master of skate parks, I have no idea how he drives so well. He almost always takes his rigs home in one piece, it's very impressive to watch.
Agree. Belted tires are for speed. For bashing that tire expansion creates more centrifugal force to rotate during flips. The 8s Backflips that come on it are great tires. I picked up an extra set off eBay for mine last year for $40 brand new. Only problem I've had with them is a blew one out bashing on 12s. On 8s they hold up great.

Yall got some pretty sick air with it and some gnarly crashes to boot. That thing is way tougher than I thought it would be.
Yeah man might be having some new very strong parts coming in for this truck
You must have had a hard time finding the correct replacement part calling them hubs.
Nah, looked at the exploded view
yeah was thinking the same when he called the rear upper link a cv axle brace, LOL

The mesh was set up from the factory I haven’t messed with, I just straight up sending it and having fun

I'm just kidding around but my RC helicopter collection is pricey

The CVDS will bend no matter what. The only way is to upgrade 8mm from M2C
Sounds good man, not a cheap hobby lol🤪

That's what happens when you slap that chassis so many times. They really don't like that

I think non belted tires would've been more suitable for the occasion , your asking for trouble with the belted ones
