    Thank you for this interview. I think many people find it difficult to find a dependable, honest and reliable company to do work in the Philippines. Having a good company referred through a satisfied customer is about as good as it gets.
    The one thing that would be important to me would be the selection of manufacturers. Is he going to be allowing or giving the customer multiple options.

    • @buildingthephilippines
      @buildingthephilippines  Месяц назад +1

      Yes, there are choices. He recommended the manufacturers used, and I agreed. Great question.

    When we meet with builders, we're including solar into the build. The one builder we talked to said this was more cost efficient than adding solar after the build. Whether we actually put panels on the house when it's built, or later (depending on the total cost of the build), at least we don't need to do additional construction later.
    Thanks for having Ruben on the video, Greg

    Does the panels help keep the suns heat off the roof, helping the air con ? ive always wondered.

    • @buildingthephilippines
      @buildingthephilippines  Месяц назад

      I haven't noticed any difference. Really don't use the aircon at our elevation. During summer, yes, but not for most of the year.
