- I love a stuffed chicken - and this is my (current) favourite. Think - Jalapeño popper, stuffed inside chicken. Warm, cheesy, spicy. Fabulous, easy way to make chicken breast a whole lot more exciting!

my family scoured your cookbook last night and bookmarked everything we want to make/try. my KIDS know you as 'the best recipes', to the point where last year we were tied between 2 mac and cheese recipes to try and my 7 year old said 'wait is one of them recipetin eats? let's do that one' lol. anyways, saw this and was like "i dont remember seeing that one in the cookbook!" absolutely would have bookmarked it.

Hi Nagi, your title says poppers, I think you mean peppers. 🤣
Jalapeno peppers with cheese are called poppers.
jalapeno poppers are a breaded jalapeno filled with cream cheese here in america, so the jalapeno + cream cheese filling is why she went with 'popper'.
When you create something you can call it whatever the hell you like 🤟😎
