This is the most useful TRICK I have ever seen😋 Pour 200ml MILK into the finished dough.
Hello friends! Today I prepared an incredibly simple and beautiful recipe for Hungarian rolls. The dough turned out like a cloud! Nobody knows this trick with milk. Definitely give it a try, you only need a few ingredients and you can make this butter bread recipe every day! I am sure you will like it! Cook with joy and love!

Ingredients and recipe:
- All-purpose wheat flour 300 g
- Yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
1. Stir
- Warm milk 250 ml
- Egg yolk 2 pcs.
2. Mix with a whisk
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
3. Pour in milk with egg yolk
4. Mix well with a spatula
5. Add another 200-250 grams of flour
6. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
7. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
8. Do you like kneading dough? Write to me in the comments
9. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
10. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
11. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 50-55 minutes

16. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes

- Soft butter 100 g.
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
18. Beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
19. Beat with a mixer for 1 minute more.
20. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x50 cm).
21. Spread the creamy filling over the dough
22. Fold the dough, repeat after me
23. Baking dish 28 cm
24. Cut the dough into 4 cm thick pieces
25. Place each piece in a baking dish
26. Cover with a towel and leave for 30-35 minutes
27. Look how beautiful and airy the buns are!
- Milk 200 ml

- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
30. Lubricate with a brush
31. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes

No Brasil este pão é conhecido com o nome de "Fatias Húngaras" ....no recheio também tem coco ralado....e o leite com açúcar só colocamos depois de assado. Obrigada pela receita. 😊
