What I find interesting is how you can talk the same way to adults as you do with children to adjust their behavior. When someone in your office is being rude, etc. lay it out and tell them you don't appreciate them being flat out disrespectful. The would would be such a better place if we all could just be adults and deal with real issues than giving each other attitude and playing silly games.

The best show was when the dog trainer teaches the women to train their husbands with dog training techniques and after a couple of weeks she sits them down and shows him what they've done 🤣🤣🤣👌

I got a confession, I'm 22 and I still suck my thumb, and I can't sleep without thumb sucking. And really, I don't see why I should stop this. I'm earning my income and living my life maybe weirding out anyone I sleep with, that's all. I go to University and live my life, so what Jo?

New season of Supernanny was in 2020/2021! (I realize the original question was likely made before it aired, but if anyone is wondering, her shows haven't stopped.)
That pre-teen becoming a teenager phase is so awful! Not mention you're starting puberty and you look and sound like a hot mess, but you're unintentionally rude to your parents and friends, and you think that you can 'out-smart' them or get away with things without them knowing 😂 Thank god my parents grounded me and set rules in place! I am so grateful that they did those things because it made me think twice and our relationship only grew stronger, and we've always been very close!

Yeah I stopped sucking my thumb when I was really young but when shit went down when I was around 11, I started doing it when I was upset. Because that was the only way to comfort myself because of abuse and neglect and now I’m 18 and almost do it sometimes
I did it till mid 20s same reason, I now tell myself a story in my mind when I go to bed never stay awake long enough to get half way through it

Until someone has their own kids they can't dictate, I had experience with other people's children as well as being a qualified practitioner but that did not prepare me fully, different story when u have got the overall day to day care of a child 24/7

I’m sorry but she is not educated enough to give this advice and it was evident in how she tried to answer the question then went another way. I’m not educated to give advice but I can with a little discernment see that she is a bit of a bluffer
goonie4055 excuse me she's a PROFESSIONAL Nanny *child specialist for over 29 YEARS have helped families to overcome problems, helped parents to turn their minds and forgetting divorce, turned the evilest child to a new persona and AS I have seen even when she was on the super nanny show she already had A lot of knowledge about parenting and was very applicable, I'm sorry but maybe you think she can't answer well it's because she's said a lot of things that is really meaningful that some might find useless.
