As an Asian, everything you cook is very good with rice..with some condiments or dip on the side (usually soy sauce-vinegar-chilli pepper-calamansi/lime combo)..and that sauce is a good topping on tje rice, too! 😆 Wonderful! 😄

For the pinto beans, or any beans, I would use a sachet d'pices to include whole, black peppercorns and any other aromatics that one would want to flavor the beans with. They simmer in the bag and removal is foolproof, so you don't eat the whole peppercorns and other whole spices. The rib fingers looked absolutely delicious! I haven't cooked those in quite a while. Now, I'm inspired. Keep up the great work!

Something is confusing me though... why would you have the rib fingers separated from ribs??? When you make individual ribs, doesn’t each rib bone gets half of the rib fingers on each side, so no rib fingers are left??? Don’t get me wrong, these look insanely amazing, but I need some learning!!!

My recipe for beef ribs fingers or bananinha ad we call here in Brazil:
Seoson with garlic sauce as binder, salt, black pepper, oregano and paprica, seoson them 1 hour before cooking
Grill on whatever you want, and then put on a pressur cooker and enough water to cover thr meat, onde it gets pressure, let it cook for half an hour
When it gets ready, it will be tearing apart as you touch.
