Ingredients:
FOR MAKING SHITO
4 big onions
6 cloves of garlic
1 big tuber of ginger
1tsp of cloves
1tsp of calabash nutmeg
1 tsp of black pepper
1/2 cup of green pepper (Kpakposhito)
500g of dried Herrings & blend
1 can or Tube of tomato paste
2 maggi seasoning cubes (chicken flavour)
4 Tbsps of chilli pepper
some water
Some cooking oil
