This chef is good 😊 the main ingredients are the onions, garlic, chilli and ginger, dried crayfish, smoked prawns, spices of your choice, lots of oil, a bit of salt, Maggy cubes etc. the rest is your own flavour - some people add a little bit of tomato purée for a deep colour and as a thickener. What you like, add, what you don't like don't add there's no point to criticise so long as you know that prawns and crayfish are serious allergens for some people so if you're making Shito as a business, be careful to label it correctly and tell your customers what's inside your sauce because in the UK and developed countries, if you didn't display the allergens containing your Shito and and buys it, eat and dies, you could go to jail. This is a serious matter in developed countries. Thank God I don't have any allergen issues and love Shito 👌
I'm sure shes talking about when he bl ended de veggies.or when the pepper was getting thicker .......there is nothing wrong adding water....it will only take sometime for the water to boil out ,that's all
