I love it, worked there while in culinary school, I made my own different, I put sourdough butter side down, cheese, turkey, less cooked bacon(not crispy), then tomato, more cheese, then top, flip, once cheese melted stays together great, tastes better, started making for manager and staff and love it, but have to copy menu lol, I now make as a grilled cheese loaded club on Wednesdays as special, at restaurant, is like club top part has lettuce and tomato. All 3 are delicious, it's the Swiss cheese that makes it.
