Great episode thanks for sharing love Bonanza love little Joe & I absolutely love our heroic Ben in this awesome episode especially at the end I was so happy that pa showed up when he did to save little Joe thanks Ben . I Can't really understand why the dude ties Joe up at the end Joe is already tired & dehydrated from being in the desert for so long it's not like Joe would of been able to get away from the dude anyway.
+Adam Schulte why can't they make shows like this anymore Adam. They should watch this and see how it's done.. Bonanza Rocks. I was actually watching the high Chapperall today. Not as good. I love Adam but kinda love Ben too.
+Adam Schulte yeah political correctness is a heap of shite but shows today are all about shock value, how much can we get away with. This was just good story telling
I couldn't of said it any better. I love our sweetheart little Joe. It upsets me when these baddies always kidnapp or hurt our Handsome little Joe he was injured & kidnapped more then any of the other Cartwright's I think it had a lot to do with the fact that he was Pa' S youngest son so they always wanted to use him as leverage to get money, the Ponderosa or whatever they wanted. Either way it's sad that Joe had a lot happen to him . But it sure made this show exciting especially when Pa jumps into Heroic kick butt mode to save his boys just like he did at the end of this awesome episode I was so happy when Pa finally found & rescued little Joe. Thanks for sharing this with us Bonanza fans.
How does he keep getting Cochise back though??? Like no matter what happens to her, she always comes back to him! She's some magical horse! (I say she because of that line in the episode "Marie My Love" where after Joe asks if Cochise is alright Ben says "Yeah, she's alright. She's luckier than you.")
The Cartwrights horses were like homing pigeons. They always found their way back home. Especially Cochise-- who was an Indian Pony that Ben got from Chief Winnemucca himself-- was extremely loyal, but also a bit wild. It prbly ran off, and then followed them from a distance, or started making its way home alone.
A couple of points. Superb actor Jim Davis seems older here than he did on an ep ep of Gunsmoke he did about five years later. Too bad he was never on Twilight Zone. Martin Landau was. This ep could have sure used a pretty lady guest star.
If that would have been Rambo the second that rope would have landed on him Rambo would have cut that rope with his Rambo Knife in less that one second!!!!
WHAT IS TRULY AMAZING ABOUT HIS SHOW IS EVERY SINGLE GUEST FROM LANDAU TO COBURN TO CHATONE, ON & ON & ON THE LIST GOES THEY ALL WENT ON TO HAVE LONG CAREERS, & LANDON HAD HIS 40 YEAR RUN & USED SO MANY OF THE GUEST FROM BONANZA ON LITTLE HOUSE, H 2 H ext.. BUT HE NEVER USED LORNE ROBERTS IN ANY OF COURSE BLOCKER DIED YOUNG & B 4 LITTLE HOUSE BUT I THOUGHT THIS A THOUGHT
SPOILER ALERT: They ride up on a hurt man and offer no aid, not even a drink of water only pumped him for information. The writers should have put more compassion in this scene. One man gives everything and gets nothing but death in return. What does that say??????????
Based on all the time that went by before the bad guys started to chase Little Joe and Emiliano they should have been much farther away than that tiny distance we see when the chase starts!!!
How sad those animals abusive or kill by savage criminals for years & years but they can't talk how easy for people kill animals fast many of those animals may survives But people killing those animals not to live one day why can't give those 🐎 a chance ?

The baddie got exactly what he deserved from pa for doing what he did to Joe & that beautiful stallion.
Oh my gosh the end of that episode had me in tears. I love this show
+Charlotte Dashwood Me too!! This is my favorite episode!
+Adam Schulte why can't they make shows like this anymore Adam. They should watch this and see how it's done.. Bonanza Rocks. I was actually watching the high Chapperall today. Not as good. I love Adam but kinda love Ben too.
I guess they can't make shows like this anymore because its not looked at as "politically correct", and that is bullshit lol
+Adam Schulte yeah political correctness is a heap of shite but shows today are all about shock value, how much can we get away with. This was just good story telling
C

That stallion was a beautiful and magnificent horse. Anyone lucky enough to ride a horse like that should count themselves lucky.
^^^Agreed I Would Have Loved to Ride That Beauty .. .
He reminds me of "Bayard" from the movie called "The Magic Sword"! Cool!!!!!!
I Love These Shows! Love The Cartwright's!!!
The best family show never get depress
One of the better episodes.
@20:22 “i am too ugly to even have a wife” ... Meanwhile i thought 💭 Martin Landau was *_SOO HANDSOME!!😬_* ... ESPECIALLY BACK THEN! 😉😘
Those eyes 🥰😍
Adam baby, my my my my my🥰
EMILIANO!!! Seriously though, only 2 other human deaths hit me this hard. Amy Bishop from season1, and Alice Harper from season 14. :'(
I love this episode- a classic for our guys:-)

That what i thought. Hahaha

Hey , that's Kirby from Combat at13:03
He still had hair then.
If that would have been Rambo the second that rope would have landed on him Rambo would have cut that rope with his Rambo Knife in less that one second!!!!

That's hilarious!
Bamf!Ben for the win! Wish my dad loved me like that:(
Void Rebellion I don’t either.
^^^Me tew Void Rebellion .. .
If the white horse is stronger than the average horse, no way it can be overtaken.

Emiliano had been shot in the stomach! He was on the verge of death. They didn't even have time to offer him anything.
I just love it
Guess WhaT EvErYBoDy, BoNaNzA is oN!🤓🐂🐴🦌🐎🐃🤤🦉🐸🤤
Based on all the time that went by before the bad guys started to chase Little Joe and Emiliano they should have been much farther away than that tiny distance we see when the chase starts!!!
Good story.
44:24, the horse just walks away....
🤣 hes like oh hell nah fuckers shooting eachother lmao
Is this fight with Mexican or native people?
Very good episode
The horse survived, and appeared in several more episodes
Was the prison door open all that time 21.43
Bad timing on the Raggedy Ann Doll. Raggedy Ann didn't come out until 1915!
Very good
Puede ser en español, soy fans de Bonanza, sorry, no hablo inglés.
Gracias
nice movie
🙆🏼♀️ *_SPOILER 🚨 ALERT!!!_*
🤷♀️Considering that i’ve watched this before i kinda want to opt out because it’s soo sweet but SOO
_DAMN SAD!!_ 😢💋
Adam - "You're too big a target."
Hoss - "You saying I'm fat?"
How I'll you been brought up to be
Pause at 16:25 and you'll see the studio lights and the matt background
You fools would make poor fathers says the father thats trying not to cry cause they said they loved him 😅
jock Ewing Dallas and Kirby Combat ...omg....jock always acted like a non pro actor...and Kirby always a hard headed character..
Ver las peliculas en tv
AqueTiNo🙂
Martin Landau playing a Mexican ?
orange i'm so sorry they killed such a beauty All i have to say: bad bullshit writer:)
LOL THIS EPISODE REMINDS ME OF 'BEN HUR'
Sam offers to sell Little Joe a precious commodity, and Little Joe punches him in the face. Now that's shrewd negotiating!
Why did he kill the horse? Why do they always kill wounded horses? It makes no sense.
He'd been shot and he couldn't move. Also they were in the desert. The horse would have had an agonisingly long death.
Landau is a great actor, but he is miscast here. Never saw a Mexican with gray eyes.
walther landau landon
Martin Landau. Just sayin'.
How sad those animals abusive or kill by savage criminals for years & years but they can't talk how easy for people kill animals fast many of those animals may survives
But people killing those animals not to live one day why can't give those 🐎 a chance ?
How awful to kill a horse
I loved it when white folks could play all nationalities and no snowflakes and BLMers protesting. Haha
Don't get 👵
Dm
Everthing that gets involved with the Cartwrights….dies…smh!
