Yes. Those are his most watched videos and its been quite some time. I know he mostly wears briefs, so it would be great to see his recommendations on new brands to try.
Definitely looked into a back-blade (not sure if there's a a specific company I should look into), but some of the reviews on Amazon said that the blade nicked them and removed slices of skin... I was terrified and shut that idea down, so if you find something worth the review and my piece of mind, please let us know!
Many of those brands have up dated their back shavers to reduce or even eliminate those cuts. They can cut you up the 1st time using them & feels way to smooth after your 1st time. After using them for a while their less effective because your skin seems to always adjust or adapt to being shaved 🪒
Thi sis incredibly helpful particularly for us fans that are a bit more hirsute. I also appreciate that you thread well the needle between being lighthearted and fun without being silly and sophomoric. Nice job. Also, well all appreciate any trimmer that works well on and around the baguette (lol Instagram reference)
Hi! I have a question. What do you recommend? Philips Norelco body groomer 7000 or Panasonic body groomer ER-GK60? It would be very nice of you if you reply.
Definitely interested in a face trimmer video, I’ve been using the OneBlade for a few years now and find it to be really inconsistent. Would like to upgrade without just buying a $250 Braun!
I think it's great how you are able to just put yourself out there as you do. You seem to have no qualms about doing any type of video that interests people. Now, as I read the comments, the interest doesn't always seem to be the product, as much as the producer. 😄 Great to see you are above 114K Subs.
My dude. Oddly That ginger stache made my knees weak. The freckles... gave me vapors... and as usual the reviews were cool fun and informative. I don’t manscape in the shower and was kind worried about my waller being SO close to home base. How long ago did you film the shaving your chest hair was back already! Headed over to the summer time video where it seems you debuted the blonde!
So I came for the handsome guy, but stayed for the great reviews. I appreciate that you know your stuff, but that you also aren't reluctant to show some skin if needed. As for the blonde hair and mustache...we all go a little crazy in lockdown.
Thanks for your insight into the body scape. You're knowledgeable, professional, informative and cute enough to hold my attention for the entire length of the video. Have you done a video on manscaping? How to do it, when to do it, what parts should be done. I like a clean look but get rather nervous anytime power tools are in close proximity to my package. Your insight would be helpful.
I just discovered you. I don't know how I missed it for so long. Your details are great. I just wanted to comment that I have the double-sided Norelco and love it. I really like the foil side because it has those little gripper/trimmer blades on either side of the foil which lifts the hair that you are cutting. It's great.
I have incredibly thick body hair (Simillar to wire wool) but want to trim it down rather than shave it so the comb attachment has to work well. What trimmer would you recommend? I'd prefer it to be waterproof, thanks!
Great video! Really helpful with very accurate and important information! I've tried the Philips Norelco BG7040 a few times and I can say it's the best body trimmer I've used. Leaves you as smooth as after shaving with a razor but without the razor bumps, haven't really cut myself, it's pretty safe, works well under water and it has the extra trimmer for beard on the other side! The only thing I don't really like is how loud the shaver side is but it's a small drawback for all the good things it offers.
Thank you for the video! I have the panasonic and phillips one and love both. Panasonic is better for the private areas. Can we have a face one! Would love to know which one is the best! Close shave without cuts
Considering you have both which would you say that the Panasonic I'd completely better for the sacks or the Philips has some advantages? Can't decide between the two for privates but want something that most likely won't knick and gives the closest to clean shave.
@@oecus2786 Sorry for the late reply. Go for the Panasonic - it doesnt knick. I even remove the guard and it doesn't knick. (I use it cautiously if without the guard)
Thank you for this informative and lovely video, super Mr. Jon!!! :D I use the Brio, and am very happy with it, though I like how the Norelco shaves the body- I will be trying that out in the future!!! :D You be sure to have a lovely weekend, let smiles, happiness and joy envelop you and your family and I can't wait for more content, uber rockin' Mr. Jon!!!!! :D
I'm a huge fan of the Philips Norelco trimmers. I used to the 7000 series (the one you showed) but it was just too much and it didn't really exceed in performance; sorta jack of all trades, master of none. So instead I use their beard trimmer and then the 3500 series, that's where the real money's at, plus the new 3500 comes with a back extension.
Thanks for this video. I liked the brio review and went and bought one. It’s not quite as strong as my corded wahl but the cordless functionality makes cleanup easier. I can stand in the shower with a mirror and do my beard and keep it tidy and the hairs are easy to clear away. Like many say though need to put the guards on with any trimmer or you will nick the skin.
As a 29yo hairy guy who maintained a scruffy bald look pre-COVID-19, I went to my favourite barbershop once a week to shave and trim my facial hairs just because it was my “trip to the spa” and I had a shitty but cheap Philips electric trimmer. Maintaining the same look post COVID-19, I went ahead and invested in a more expensive model from Philips ie. Bodygroom 7000 Series. I never regretted my purchase.
Good to know about shaving while wet. I've almost always done it in the shower, or by the sink; since I use a Gillette mach 3. But now that I know this, I think I'll try it dry (maybe with the Phillips for the close shave).
Great video post! Completely important topic! I concur with your review... I would enjoy seeing your review on face shavers. Great summer pandemic look, perhaps you could go blonder?
I like the Brio BeardScape. I was looking at the Andis SlimLine Pro for beard and neck line up cleaning but idk if its as ideal for sensitive body areas like you showed. What do you think? And what does Braun bring to compete besides their all-in-ones? Are their All-In-Ones OK for what they are?
Would love to see reviews on facial hair shavers. I use two Braun shavers a 3000 series and 1000 series. Something I would like to see is a feature on removing hair from inside and outside the ear. I have very hairy ears on the outside, gross I know. If I don't shave every day I would have ears like a german shepherd.
The Phillips Norelco would be the one i want. I want something close to a blade as possible. How long does the foil last if you were to use it once every two weeks?
you mention the 'micro adjustment' like its an exclusive thing BUT ive seen that on BUDGET trimmers .... infact im pretty sure all electric trimmers have it . I dont see any good reason to buy a 'manscape lawnmower' as these are just basic trimmers that are being heavily marketed as something new but they are the same as most trimmers . Also the instagram 'models' promoting them are doing it for money (and they got theirs for free} ...... as for quality, sharpness and blades - i agree more expensive trimmers might stay sharp for longer - but how long do you expect to use a trimmer, much like razors they ALL need replacing at some point - my opinion is buy a cheap trimmer and just replace it when the blades get dull and blunt ...dont waste money on overpriced brands as they ALL need to be replaced anyway
Yeah those back blade style shavers are good I use it when my back itches & kill 2 birds with one stone. Their NOT going to shave 🪒 all that hair however
I wonder what’s better waxing the entire body vs body trimmers I get a lot ingrown hair in my face just by shaving the only razor that does not do that for me is the expensive ones
fair warning to people out there, the lawnmower 3.0 is not waterproof, water can still get into the razor. My motherboard was fried after using it in the shower.
I bought a Phillips with a bunch of attachments and two of the tines (is that what you call them?) broke off the number 1 guard within a couple of months. It was not a good buy, lol.
Just curious, do you guys use the same facial trimmer to trim your pubes or do you guys have a separate shaver for that? I'm thinking of buying two of these. One for the face and one for the sack. Or do yall just wash and use the same one?
I have been looking at getting one of these but like you said going to the isle in target is tough as its hard to tell which ones are good based on packaging / included features. Thanks for the info!
Will definitely miss the Irish Freddie Mercury look.
Heehee! This literally make me laugh out loud.
i guess Im pretty randomly asking but do anybody know of a good site to watch newly released tv shows online?
@Riley Easton Try flixzone. Just search on google for it :)

Just bought the Brio Beardscape based on your recommendation (and used your affiliate link)
Your moustache is perfect. Could you please grow it again and show us a video on how you shape it and trim it. Thank you.
Seriously its a 1920s look, if you ever wanted to experiment with that time go with this look
Thanks
What do u think of meridian?
Advice for everyone: turn subtitles on for a good lol
Everyone's talking about the 70s mustache and freddie mercury but I need to know if it's recommended to use the foil shaver on my balls.
Like your hair and mustache big K

Oh Jon, we'll miss the sitcom police detective/late 70s porn star look! As usual, a detailed and helpful comparison video.
It can always come back 😊
"I'm always up for what you guys are down for." Well I, for one, am down for more underwear reviews. Amirite men?
No... Just No...

Truth!!!
Let’s be honest... we some thirsty bitches.
I think you look a bit like Freddy Mercury.....
I was thinking the same thing!
I don't see that at all. Maybe you would see that if you were drunk or high. 🤣

The stache' is on point bro... it needs to be more of a thing again
I had such high hopes for the manacaper 2.0 and I've had nothing but ni KS and cuts from it. Even using it super slowly as advertised Yada Yada...
dude do one best review for pubes, there is no video which actually has proper review on ytube for it !

So does it trimm close to the skin or actually shave the hair off, below the skin so to say?
@@julez2106 it's foil shaver so doesn't go below the skin like 3/5 blades razors
Every foil shaver sounds like that.

Reno 911 called and they need Lt. Dangle to come back to work! lol! Great shirtless review! My favorite is the Manscaper.
Thank you for a great video! I guess most people find it easy to get a trimmer, not me!
can we please get Elon Musk on this? surely he can come up with a new one that can do it all? cool video Jon, thanks!
I use the Philips Bodygroom Series 1000. It's great with the 0.5 mm comb below the belt and the armpits.
Never shave happy trail ..pits or pubes...trimming is ok.
Thank you :)
I’m definitely gonna use this video when I decide to buy one cause boy I’m hairy 😂
I needed this! I think my cheap set that I got from Marshalls back in college is in need of retirement.
I’m surprised your partner doesn’t help you out with grooming. 😉
Jon is in his (Fifth) Element... 😜

100% correct that the brio beardscape is by far the best, unless you have a super tight budget, I wouldn’t buy anything else.
PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUBES
The Phillips Norelco would be the one i want. I want something close to a blade as possible.
How long does the foil last if you were to use it once every two weeks?
Can somebody help me choose a good body trimmer, I'm so confused about all of these options. Would like something that I can use on my body mainly?
