You can use moisturizer for that. It is all same .
@@PSEUDObrucelee no it is not?! Lip balms and vaseline are sepcially designed for the hydration of your lips which is not the same as the skin of the rest of your face. They also have a bigger protection layer, because the skin of the lips are sensitive. I really don’t know where you are coming from

Brandon, the necessity of using shampoo depends on your hair type and scalp condition. For individuals with straight, thin or thick hair, I recommend avoiding shampoo and conditioner. Your scalp naturally produces oils that enhance texture and thickness of your hair, depending on its current health. Personally, I don't use shampoo or conditioner because my hair is mostly straight with a bit of waviness, and my scalp produces enough oil to keep it clean (No, your hair won't smell bad). If you experience excessive itching or sensitivity after two weeks, consider using shampoo twice a week.
For individuals with wavy or curly hair, it's advisable to use 100% conditioner and shampoo, but limit usage to every two to three days.
Aside from that, this video is incredibly beneficial for males.
Awesome video man, with the hair oils, I’ve seen they stay in unless I shampoo. Should I leave them in and still just use the leave in conditioner outside of 2x/week? Also, would it be beneficial to use a normal conditioner with the leave-in one?

It's worth noting as far as skin care goes your diet can drastically effect the health of your skin. If you want clear, strong, glistening skin go carnivore/animal based.

I personally like all of these recommendations and keep up with my appearance, but what I’ve learned in my pursuit in being aesthetic and finding a mate or multiple mating partners is that geography matters. In the Pacific Northwest, as well as Utah, Montana, and Az, women (all very attractive) don’t care about well groomed men as opposed to most parts of SoCal where women absolutely care. Also, this differs in globally as well. There’s no one size fits all approach. Still, I really appreciate the content of this channel!

I highly recommend to learn how to brush your teeth aswell, many just hold it horizontally.
Make sure to hold it an angle so the bristles get your gums too, because gum health.......
