Maine puri video me svaas prasvas (inhale-exhale) bataya hai. Parantu jab hold karenge posture ko tab breathing normal hogi. Anyatha, posture mein jaate ya aate huye, jab bhi lungs contrist hongi waha exhale hai aur jaha bhi lungs expand hongi waha inhale hai.
Dhyan rakhe, jab bhi pose hold hoga Kuchh der bhi tab breathing normal hogi.
