Limitations weren't the issue; owning everything was. Now the Haslems get to own the parking, the surrounding community that will spawn around it (malls, mixed usage neighborhoods, etc.), and the lion's share from whatever entertainment comes through. I work for many clients who are long time nfl and browns fans…..it’s not that they all don’t want a new stadium, but this is their REAL disappointment I am hearing over and over………Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers, New England Partriots, ALL respect and are winners n NON dome stadiums, they respect tradition history and the real game of football! The bills are building a new stadium as we speak-NO dome and they get feet of snow…. One client said, the nfl games in the Saints dome are boring to watch on television, it’s like a practice another said…another said, does little league football, middle school football, high school football or college football play in domes-NO they play outdoors where the game was meant to be played, in the elements etc……in a dome that’s not R E A L FOOTBALL……my client said…..I so hear what they are saying and it’s really a shame. History and tradition are what generations are proud of….think about that Harlem’s….🏈🧡🤎🤍

They're doing a shore restoration here in pittsburgh for enterainment, but the lakefront in Cleveland is needed and the brookpark stadium along with it will allow us to be a Super Bowl hosting city. When I go to games, the downtown bars are full with people Not going to games. I believe they will always go to those bars...it's tradition. Let's F Go Browns!
