Celebrating Christ is not the problem. Excluding others for having different beliefs is the problem. Our parade was always inclusive until last year, and now this year it is excluding a giant portion of our community. Pride is inclusive for everyone. And often that includes the hateful “Christian” protesters that show up with their signs yelling at people that they are going to hell. We just want our parade to be kind and inclusive to all of our city, not just the ones that go to life and the river church.

Plenty of people celebrate Christmas without a religion attached and they should not be excluded from participating in a city parade.
