These is so sad. Two of them was the same age as me 52. And the litle boy and so many broke stuff and head damages. I read abouth a girl she had so many operations and still needs more. She was i coma earlier also. They made a gofund for her. Her mother is single with I am sure but she has atleast 3 or 4 child. So now the mum can pay the bills and taike care of the children. I hate these male. He remins me abouth a male we have in Norway in jail who killed 77 people. A lot of them was around 14 and more. I read abouth everyone it happen. His first qurestion he asked how many did I kill and then he got mad because he wanted to kill 100 people. And they did not give him the Playstation he wanted. He have his own place in jail. He has only meet the people who work in jail. They are afraid he can do anything to the other in jail. I know the name but I know You tube don’t like me to write the name. Please excuese me grammer I leave in Norway. I read and write Norwegian all day long. I read that his dad is a priest. And he saw when Jerell was 6 years old he saw something was wrong with his son.

Not only did Darrell Brooks run over and through innocent people in a parade - killing 6 and wounding 60+ people - he keeps proving over and over that he'd do it again. His rage, his disrespect for others, his callous disregard for human life - all of these are evident every day of this trial. He's dead inside.

I JUST THIS MORNING watched the first appearance where he was read the charges (at that time) and decided on bail. His history was EXTENSIVE which makes the fact he was out on extremely low bail for hitting his baby momma with his car. I thought the prosecutor would never get finished listing previous justice system problems with this guy. That long of a record and never following the bail or parol conditions means he is a true menace to society. (And I am not using that term because of his race because I use the same term for ANYONE with this type of record).

After watching this part of the trial for the third time. I now realize why he would act out in front of the jurors. He was trying to get Judge Dorow to go off on him. Thinking that it would draw sympathy from the jurors. That was his defense. Using his kids, claiming to not understand, and that the court was hiding things from them.

I know right?! I said the same thing. When giving statements after witnessing what these people witnessed you are going to be in shock and not get EVERY detail right. It has been proven that trauma can play tricks on your mind when trying to relay what you saw. Poor Mr Brooks must not be aware because he thinks every little discrepancy in police summary witness statements means the person was being deceitful and can’t be trusted in ANY of their statement. I bet the jury knows better though. I can’t wait till his mom gets on the stand. Something he shouldn’t do until sentencing phase, but he has made many bad choices so far, like calling the mother who had 4 kids who were INJURED in the parade to be a witness FOR the DEFENSE.

Look what happened he accused the DAs of coaching his witnesses and even after he accused them of coaching his witnesses he had the gall and nerve to ask for more help bc he couldn't find another file.
It's not true that he didn't ask for their help either. Because when it came down to his subpoenas he said on record he appreciates any help he can get bc he had never done it. And to say he wasn't provided with the states witness list is false. In the pretrial hearing Judge Dorow told him she was printing a copy of the states witness list and he firmly said " I don't want it"

And then, hearing the end of her testimony, how all 4 of her kids were mowed down and suffered significant injuries- a femur sticking through the skin, permanent facial scarring, head injuries/possible concussion, severe road rash. I don’t know HOW she kept it together in the beginning, sitting there having to face the monster who did this to her kids! She must be incredibly strong- she probably knew she had to get through it for her kids, to testify and put this excuse for a human being behind bars. Narcissists of his ‘caliber’ are not that common but beware of the other ones that fall within a much broader range. The behavior of the entire court doesn’t clue him in to behave even somewhat likewise. A fool will never see his own foolishness because he is hyper focused on the behavior of others.
