The “why” has always been sorely lacking in content creator videos - this allows the viewer/ player to learn something and incorporate it into their builds. Thank you for this
If you keep this up you can be the new "City Planner Plays" Over the years CPP has dropped some of the informative side of his gameplay for more story driven content. This video brings me back to why i originally fell in love with CPPs videos. But you're doing so much more. You really put the emphasis on "planner". From the early sketches on how to build the city to then build it up step by step, it could have been an episode of "How it's made" with the music and the voice over. This is Cities skylines edutainment at it's finest.
I really enjoy CPP's videos too. Being compared to him is flattering, but being the new CPP is a bit much because he's still around =D Just kidding, I get what you mean. Your feedback means a lot to me, thank you so much!
I'm just a guy behind a laptop playing this game and I have no civil engineering or city planning expertise to lean on when playing CS. As a result, the thought of trying to replicate how you play intimidates me. However I thoroughly enjoyed this video and the level of detail and thought you put into planning before executing. Outstanding work! Unlike any other CS video I've ever seen. You've gained a new subscriber here.
This is one of the best cities skylines video i've ever watch! the explanation always makes sense and the end result actually looks really good. Now i think i need to watch more of you vids...
Bravo! I have to admit: this video kinda shows how lazy I am. I've been playing CS for years. I own it on pc and Xbox. I've played hundreds of hours. I've been watching RUclips videos as much as I could. As well as searching for anything to improve my traffic management without mods. This video is truly amazing and shows true beauty. Thank you so much. Great job. Great job.
Great video which explains the strategy upfront, all the inter relations between areas and the detailing, even considering the door entrance of some buildings. Loved this one!
Loving this. Great content for C:S players. Also appreciate the console consideration. The in-depth explanations are class. Thanks! I have trouble varying from grid layouts. This helps!
Hi! I just wanted to say that I love watching your videos, and I'm confident you'll gain millions of subscribers. The quality of your content is exceptional-keep up the amazing work!
Amazing work, the detail you go into explaining why you designed the neighbourhood and the planning. The execution was bang on. I play on console and make it look so easy. Would you consider doing a let’s play series where you walk through all the details on a map like you done on this neighbourhood but on a full scale? I’m subscribing either way
Since I need to plan and think through the topics I want to discuss in detail, making a let's play series isn't really for me. Although I'm having some trouble with consistency right now, I plan to continue my current series in the same style. Thank you for subscribing=))
Totally awesome city build...You're a amazing artist with Cities Skylines and I really enjoy watching you work. Thank you for sharing your talent and skill with us.
Please do these with a starter city in Cities Skylines 2. Keep the style of how you explain and information and I am sure you will grow as your content is some of the best in this genre of games I have seen.
Kotai (KTI) comes... Stay smart.
Actually starting out with a gravel path kind of simulates the road grading process done by the city before paving. Pretty neat honestly. EDIT: Wait what you have a mod that tells the angle of a hillside? Dang what is that mod? TY
I love the way you plan and your attention to detail, its much more interesting than just focusing on traffic or aesthetics. But why don't you use mods and custom assets? it will be much easier and faster to achieve your targets and will look like a real city rather than the vanilla cartoonish style.
If I can manage it right now, I'll continue my current series. I haven't played on PS5, but it's likely that large holes or hills are forming because the reference elevation point wasn't set before starting.
pedestrian safety is always one of my top priorities so having an unprotected crosswalk like that made cringe even though it's probably totally fine in the game. Just not the best choice IRL

Thanks for the feedback! You are welcome🙏
That's a great point. That's why I enjoy city planner plays, he always explains why they do things a certain way in real cities. Love it!

Glad I could help! Happy building!😊
Amazing video! Really enjoyed listening to your explanations. This motivated me to become much more considerate when planning lol.

now this is real city planner playing cities skylines :D cant wait for more vids

Ohhh I like how you analyzed my design decisions in the intro and added more to it, really cool video :D
thank you :))
Just discovered your channel and I was immediately amazed by your work, especially considering this is vanilla.
Subscribed!
Keep it up!
Awesome, thank you :))
Man, this is crazy good! The design concepts, the detailing, the patience with the game... Keep making videos!
Your city looks great! I've been looking for inspiration for my own city for quite a while - and now I've found it! Keep up the good work 👏
Criminally underrated content! Subscribed! :-)
Best vannila neighborhood build i had ever seen and the video is quality. Keep going! 💪
Engaging video! Thank you for taking the time to make this!

Very cool neighborhood and I really liked how you explained your building process 😊
Thank you, glad to hear 😊
This is why i quit cities skylines too many sweats

Glad you liked it! Thank you=))

That’s a shame bud, would make your content go way further. You’ll have so much new subscribers
Totally awesome city build...You're a amazing artist with Cities Skylines and I really enjoy watching you work. Thank you for sharing your talent and skill with us.
Thanks a lot for the support and the great feedback!
The explainations are very clear, thank you for your superb video
You are welcome!
it was great work.
replacing palm road with huge flower road was diabolical since cars now have to drive through that plants

I love this! So well planned! Also, holy gazebo! I love seeing everybody's play styles. For me, it's the California Palm. Every lot has to have one 😂

It. Was. Amazing! Wow. Just... wow...
Amazing, you have inspired me 😁
Actually starting out with a gravel path kind of simulates the road grading process done by the city before paving. Pretty neat honestly. EDIT: Wait what you have a mod that tells the angle of a hillside? Dang what is that mod? TY
This is better than city planner play
I really wish i can live in a place like this
Ai voice has become quite decent, I dont even mind it even if it's still flat
I didn’t even notice it, i talk the same flat line😂
Very interesting. Beautiful neigborhood.
Amazing video
So good content! 👍🏅
I'd love to see similar for C:S 2

A lovely build. Do you have a How to on landscaping tools? I'm always left with big holes/hills and normally worst off (PS5 with controller) 👍👍👍
If I can manage it right now, I'll continue my current series. I haven't played on PS5, but it's likely that large holes or hills are forming because the reference elevation point wasn't set before starting.
Still a big sky lines 1 player. what's the texture pack you're using
p.s beautiful neighbourhood
It is vanilla CS. And thank you=)
i dont have bike lanes on cities skyline 1, i dont have any mod too tho
You need After Dark DLC for cycling
👏👏👏
pedestrian safety is always one of my top priorities so having an unprotected crosswalk like that made cringe even though it's probably totally fine in the game. Just not the best choice IRL
👏
Planning looks great, but without mods the result looks bad :(
What he did was the best possible result for neighbourhood without mods.
You just make me want to delete all the DLCs and play full Vanilla
please im begging u to create more videos idgaf about ur pc graphics
Although I'm struggling with consistency, I'm eager to share more videos with you.
777th sub, lucky number

Ok
Oh gosh. The game does not have that much depth dude!
