My bet was on an actor change and either haley osmand all grown up, turned killer from being tortured by the dead from 6th sense. Or spencer clark...turned villain in the aftermath of his dad being murdered in glass. But he doesnt do actor swaps...I hadn't considered the visit. Could be that kid all grown up...just messed up from what they did to him. He had a doodey diaper shoved in his face afterall. If thats not traumatizing i dont know what is. Also dont know why im hung up on the butcher being a former character we rooted for but thats in line with his style of "what a twist"
