Your vlogs have been the 1 thing keeping me positive while having covid!! ❤️❤️ i see how much effort you are putting into vlogmas and it doesn’t go unnoticed :)
The high sugar content is actually good for instant rehydration in the body since glucose (sugar) is often used in the body to help rehydrate it from the ingested water. It makes sense why it would turn you away since "sugar is bad" but it's not a scheme at all. From that logic you should also see the sodium levels of these supplements that you're taking since LMNT and I believe it has one of the highest sodium contents in these rehydration powder brands. Which of course is also used to help you hydrate your body, but high sodium in your diet also isn't very good for you. Just wanted to let you know!
