Yessss. “Clean and natural” products can sometimes be products of greenwashing and just fancy marketing. Reading labels is the only true way to know if something is “clean”. But you have to do what you can with what works for you, perfection is not the goal 🤍 I love that you talk about ingredients in foods and stuff though. It’s so important.

My opinion of clean beauty: I mainly shop at Sephora and try to purchase their “clean” products when I want to. With other companies I’d completely agree that them saying clean could mean anything they want and still have not good ingredients. The Sephora clean excludes a list of ingredients that can be harmful for humans, who knows how much, I’d rather not if there’s other options. I’m still working on finding my clean favorites, but for now makes me feel better. I love brands like kosas, saie you mentioned, ilia too. Anyways just my 2 sense, hope you’re having a great evening 🤍🤍 loving vlogmas!

I think the clean at Sephora is pretty strict about both quality and actually being free of many nasty ingredients
