Hey maggie! I know you're super into probiotic supplements so I wanted to let you know that there is a lot of research showing that prebiotics actually work much better for gut health. Prebiotics are full of fiber which is what the bacteria in your gut need to survive, most probiotics unfortunately dont provide enough bacteria to colonize, and even if it does, if youre not feeding it with enough fiber, or prebiotics, then it won't survive. Taking a combination of both prebiotics & probiotics is your best bet for maintaining gut health.. You should look into it!

Aren’t most hot/buffalo sauces are dairy free? I don’t think I’ve ever seen one with dairy in it. Weird that that brand is labeling it as dairy free when the majority of hot sauces don’t have dairy in them
