Tiger Woods has had his fair share of 'what are you doing!? oh, right. You're a pro' saving par moments too. But Phil Mickelson is definitely top. I won't watch golf when they retire.
this is the tournament that Phil Mickelson is getting the impression of playing YDKJ game on the PC and hearing the Instructions so many times he had to press the spacebar to skip
Am fairly certain the only performance enhancing drugs Phil uses are the kind that without them, he would have a hard time breaking 80. Ditto Bubba Watson. When his meds are adjusted well, so is his game. And when not...the streak comes to an end. Bubba is also streaky along those lines. Many people (like Rory McIIroy) know that it's not fair for professional sportsmen to use mind altering substances that improve performance. Except in cases of love or war making, of course. What do you think. Should professional athletes be allowed to be addicted to performance enhancing drugs all season long?
I’m like Phil, I’m a lefty, and I can hit it to the places he tends to hit to. The only issue is that I can’t get the ball out of those places like Phil 😂😂😂
The announcer was being ridiculous. It’s just not that hard of a shot if you’ve got a 65° wedge. After all, it’s 65°. Any pro would make that shot. I would make it over the house, but I wouldn’t reach the Green.
With my 60 degree wedge, I probably could have gotten the ball up high enough to clear the front of the house. Unfortunately, with that club, my distance is such that the ball would have ended up on the roof. Hahaha!
Back in my younger days when I was a near scratch player I used to drop balls in my front yard and hit them over my house with my lob wedge into our pool...I would make more then I would miss...ahh those were the days.
I see what you’re saying but it seemed like he was responding to Phil saying “we can just leave it there and use another ball?” Looked like he heard that and was reaching for another
@GoodRiddanceGooglePlus Can you make a comment without attacking someone personally? And I was talking about Bones not Phil. I didn't say anything about they as you replied. @GoodRiddanceGooglePlus Out of curiosity, are you really that ignorant to assume that he insisted that they cheated? No really, are you that ignorant... arrogant?
Playing in a group with Holmes and Bryson would be a punishment if you play at all quickly. After the restart Kisner was stuck with Bryson and by the 9th hole looked so agitated I thought he was going keep playing on his own and catch up the next group three holes in front. 🤣 Slow play is the worst

Im a newbee in golf and starting interested to follow pga, and i have a question: If a golfer have a his ball in same place as earlier golfer have it, and its a "hole" in the fairway, is it legal to move the ball from the pit? Hope soneone will ansver
If you mean if it's in the hole which is called a "divot" than no you cannot move it out, it is very unlucky and you will have to somehow get the ball out of there. I've been stuck in divots in tournaments myself and it sucks but if you take a 9 iron and give it a good strong swing it'll usually come out decent.
It is not technically legal for tournament play but for just casual play I think it may be considered okay to move it. That is why it is very important to repair divots from the fairway.
If my ball is in the fairway in a divet that someone else left I’m moving it otherwise all I’m gonna do is make an even a bigger divet and damage the fairway even more. I’m not talking about in a tournament but for regular play, especially those of us who play on busy public courses that don’t have an army of grounds keepers constantly fixing things.
dobattlers 99.99% of all golf rounds played don’t involve tournaments. It’s extremely bad etiquette to not replace your divot or to use the sand that comes with every cart to fill it in
Based on the comments, it's apparent that a lot of folks don't understand the rules and haven't listened closely to the audio. Most comments say that the ball was OB and Phil should have been penalized a stroke. They don't catch on that the white line designates Ground Under Repair and the player is entitled to a free drop without penalty. If the ball was OB, Phil would have been required to replay the previous shot from it's original position. Obviously, we're not pros and don't play for the money these guys do. But I suggest that you study the rules book to learn how to use them to your advantage and possibly save yourself some embarrassment. Hit em good!
They didnt show the conversation he had with the rule guy about opening 2 windows and going through the house. A lamp was in one and was not allowed to be moved
He was hitting 3 wood from the fairway which leads me to believe it was a par five. He technically hit that into ground under repair so by rule no penalty and gets relief. Hit his third shot on the green and could 2 putt for a 5.
