Super helpful! I'm looking to purchase and many are Freightliner chassis models. It is nice to know this facility exists and is reasonably close (Bristol, VA). By chance does your Class A have the Mercedes Benz diesel engine? Interestingly, they say Freightliner facilities are likely the only ones that will service this engine. I'm having trouble finding information about this engine's reliability. If you do have this perhaps it would make a good video. Thanks.

LOL. Yes, he certainly was! As for the cost, it wasn’t totally out of line with our expectations. It’s much better than when we had our Bluebird Wanderlodge, because at least you have a dedicated facility to bring it to for maintenance and repairs. With the Bird, it was much harder.
Thank you for this video. I do most these things myself and this motivates me to keep up the DIY. Although I should let them inspect because I'm sure I have blind spots. I wonder if they will service a spartan chassis?
Is there a trick to making an appointment? I have called several times and it just goes to a recording (left 3 voicemails) and no callback so far. Made an appointment online via the web page with no response as well. I have a "new to us" Class A Diesel I need to have serviced too. Same deal, previous owner went to Gaffney every year and I want to maintain that cadence.
I did it online, just like you, and I never got a confirmation. I finally called the roadside assistance number and they finally transferred me to the right number.
What a waste of my time. Get straight to the subject or change the title.

Heading that way for maintenance in Feb 24. Been told to anticipate about 2k for annual maintenance service
All things considered, the price of those repairs was quite reasonable.

As far as I am aware, they only work on Freightliner chassis.
