Was this taped in 1974?? Come on Freightliner get with it…I have been patiently waiting for Freightliner to update the dash and steering wheel and add all the safety features that just about every vehicle and many RVs have on the road these days. I thought this videos was going to show us some new and improved driver safety issues and digital dashes that are now the standard. Intuitive cruise, lane departure auto head lights and wipers,,,the list goes on. I guess I will continue to wait for these items to become a reality for Freightliner before I jump in,,,,and by the way I am a Freightliner/Cummins diesel fan.

You forgot to address the issue of greasing front wheel bearings? Is your chassis equipped with "Oil Bath" bearings? What I mean is are they like a Tractor-trailer, is there oil in the front bearings; so you don't have to worry about greasing them? All you need to do is check the wheel bearings for oil.

We have a 2018.5 Jayco 37ts. We love it and feel a lot safer than in a class A. It is a 6.7 Cummins. Tow our Jeep JL unlimited. Went to Pagosa Springs up over Wolf Creek Pass both ways, no problem. I would definitely buy it again for sure.

I can't say enough how you showed this couple how to drive this S2RV , & the way you showed what all the buttons do that was great . One thing I noticed was that you didn't show how to turn on the wiper blades , ( No big deal ) what is the fuel tank on this rig ? is it have a 100 gallon tank ? last question due you need a upgrade license to drive this motorhome ? & due you know were one can buy a used motorhome to save money on a new one ? 😀

Based on this video I bought a 2024 Jayco Seneca Prestige 37l. After my first trip it was obvious that this thing wandered all over the highway so I installed a Safetplus. That solved the steering problem. A few weeks ago after getting it up to the mountains of Colorado it struggled to do the 6% grade on monarch pass on highway 50 and would slightly hesitate with a backfiring sound coming from the front left before resuming. Nowhere in this scenario that I come anywhere close to getting this thing to drive the speed limit and 35 mph is all that it would do. I give kudos for the engine brake on the downhill portion of that mountain but that inch and pop sound continued the entire time I was in Colorado and only subsided when I reached the flatlands of Texas on my way home. Any thoughts? I'm not driving it up there again with that poor performance and that's where I spend all my vacations.

I was interested in this until the first dialogue and then I realized it was scripted. 😬

Then why does Gaffney charge the same for service as it does a rear engine service.

Couldn’t agree more we just got back from sturgis and there’s definitely some improvement that could be made! The fact that the host says no bump steer is a joke of course you’re gonna have it it’s a straight axel in the front! Also there’s nothing custom about it it looks like a Ryder truck in the cab ! It could definitely be upgraded for what you spend for theses coaches and not to have LED headlights is a joke I changed my whole housing out for LED for around 400 buck’s hopefully they make some improvements for the cost

Just bought mine yesterday. Front wheel seal leaked all over everything and ruined the brakes. Its Friday afternoon and can't get parts till Monday. What a joke.

Was watching as they were driving, one thing they didn’t do and you didn’t mention was for them to use the mirrors.

Current design is a low end freight chassis not a true RV chassis.

Should of made them aware of where the drive axle was. Might keep them out of the ditch
