    I just subscribed to your channel almost 3 weeks ago, and I can already see such a difference. I subscribed because it was easier to do this in the morning before work versus a 4:30am gym workout. Best decision ever! Thanks for sharing your workouts! I’ve probably said you’re trying to kill me sis numerous times, but I appreciate it! Your music playlist is pretty good as well!

    I do a variety of Heather's booty workouts and this is one of my staples. It's quick and brutal. The more you do the easier it gets. Now I can power through this and feel the burn without wincing or collapsing.

    Love these shorter but kick butt workouts for when crunched for time.
    I love the longer ones but definitely welcome some more of the 15/20 focused no repeats please!!

      I hear ya! “Sleepy” glutes can really throw things out of balance! Use quick workouts like this one or mini band exercises as a warm up before your workouts to wake up that booty!

    These are so hard for me. I’m happy you are giving a 10 second rest. Sometimes I took 20 but I still got it done. ❤️

      They seem so simple but I know how challenging these moves can be! Taking extra rest is perfectly fine! Keep listening to your body and do your best - your consistency will pay off! 💪🏻🍑

    dearest Heather, it might be possible have small videos only with the fundamentals for the buttocks, arms etc. that we can add to our routines or when we are in a rush and don't want to feel guilty for not doing anything for our wonderful body😂 A thousand thanks!!!❤

    Heather I'm 5'7" tall and thirteen stone. Is there one workout you would recommend to do. I feel fitter than normal, but would love to lose my stomach so it's not big. I'm quite slim apart from my stomach. Love Wes xxxx

      walking every other day helped me, and managing stress. Stomach fat is linked to heightened cortisol levels.
