I do a variety of Heather's booty workouts and this is one of my staples. It's quick and brutal. The more you do the easier it gets. Now I can power through this and feel the burn without wincing or collapsing.

I hear ya! “Sleepy” glutes can really throw things out of balance! Use quick workouts like this one or mini band exercises as a warm up before your workouts to wake up that booty!

walking every other day helped me, and managing stress. Stomach fat is linked to heightened cortisol levels.
