wow beautiful ❤❤❤
Somali is somali no barawaani we are all somali ❤❤❤
No bengali chefs stop with the BS. Somali food has so many flavours that you can taste the meat & the spices. Your taste is not overwhelmed with chilis & spices that you have difficulties enjoying your meal .
There slogan should be
"Its just different man"
😂
Baraka Allaho fikom but music is Haram brother
Thanks
AMIIR TAHIIIR ❤❤❤❤❤

Why is haneed only fridays ?
They have haneed everyday but they have a chefs special on Fridays and gamudo on Saturdays and Sundays
If the banana is there that's legit Somali food.

Total nonsense! Since when has Rice and Hilib become Yemeni? Southern Yemen is Somali influenced region culturally You must correct things
You can correct things in the comments it’s important to educate
@@halalhangoutsI don't get your comment please explain??
1:05 No needfor bengali chefs. Somali food holds its own. Enough with the useless ego.
Agree
What the brother was saying is this rice has got a hint of Asian spice it is not the usual berees
@@halalhangouts There’s different types of Bariis, loadsss.
Somalis were involved in the spice trades, it’s Somali spices too.
Bengali food is nasty tho so he’s statement is irrelevant
@@ia7362Exactly 💯 Somalis for thousands of years dominated the spice trade between east and west and exported spices to the west . It is a maritime nation historically
Basic Somali food
Well, mandi is Arab Yemeni & Saudi food, The Somali brothers have similar tastes, actually, a huge part of Somali cuisine originated in the Arab world. love to brothers
Agreed, Arabia have influenced large swathes of the world
@@thebanadirfactor306Total nonsense! Since when has Rice and Hilib become Yemeni? Southern Yemen is Somali influenced region culturally You must correct things. The Arabian peninsula is a desert most of its livestock always came from Somalia till today. Let's Not 🚫 twist things and undermine a 10k year old Somali civilisation
@@theancientsancients1769I 100% agree with you, you made valid point. I personally love Somali food.
You’re absolutely joking, right? A huge part of Somali cuisine definitely did not originate in the Arab peninsula. LMAO! Somali people have been pastoralists since antiquity. That’s why they have so many meat dishes. The spices come from them participating in the spice trade. The Arab peninsula was poor and definitely lacked the terrain to sustain the same level of prosperity naturally. Somali merchants were literally bailing them out. So stop this revisionist history!
@@thezu9250 I think you are joking Somalia has no mandi culture or food culture but has been copied from everywhere and nothing is wrong ... Yemen was deep in history before even something called Somalia ..with my respect it seems you are unhappy about it only but it is. Somali merchants need to sustain Somalia. the arab world has lots even if Somalia helped by a bit you don't need to brag about it but they have not. also which Somalia are we talking about here there are many bros the one with Ethiopia or Kenya or France which are called Dejbouti or North. weak up bro I love Somalia and I know its food culture even music has arab world has a huge influence on it and again noting wrong with bro.
Brother, nothing is asian style. baris is baris stop with the BS that is Somali food no fusion. Brother, don't make trouble with Somali food & culture.
Can we see real Somali food instead of a mix of Indian, Arab and Italian. Serious most of these countries claiming food they just mixing other peoples food.
Watch our other videos to see Somali haneed and sougar
What do you mean he is only showing you other cultures. It is a mix of Arab, Italian, Indian. That is Somalia food. You forgot English, french, Ethiopian and Spanish influence too!! It's called colonisation and migration. Including myself, my ancestors came from somewhere else too. This is Somali culture, plus the languages from these countries also make up the Somali language. Wait untill you hear someone speak Somali and how much of it is italian and Arabic!! It's like how Morocco and Algeria have french influences and its reminisce still remains. Somaliland also speaks french as an official language. Arabic is also an official language of Somali. For 50 years we only spoke Italian if all schools was done in Italian. Please get it right. That is literally the whole east Africa and a lot of African counties. Please learn how they are made up of other influences too.
People need to learn. If I told you right now many countries make up Malaysian cousine could you tell me? No. Yet I have no expectation for you to know anything about Somalia. Wait untill you find out neighboring countries like Kenya also used to speak Arabic and their food is influenced by both Indian, English and Arab culture!! Kenya is also still a commonwealth nation too. This important as we also share very similar cousine. People need to pick up a map and learn something. The comments are really disappointing.
@@SOS0799 Somaliland speaks french what? who are you kidding or fooling? despite all the influences you mentioned above the is a pure Somali food, like, AnJero/Laxoox. And Suqaar, like, Ambulo, Malawah, like Odkac or Muqmad, etc.
@@wardoonacademySomaliland speaks French? 😂 he is not a Somali and talks nonsense! Nothing we saw there is Arabic, they eat just dry food Arabs and kebab
@@halalhangoutsYou fell for that comment and hit a ❤ like . Noodles or pasta origin is Asia not Italy . That said Tomato 🍅 is not from Europe the main ingredient of pasta 🍝 or pizza 🍕, so nobody has monopoly on that as the spices used are different . Apart from pasta everything else you see is Somali in and out!
No banana for the meal🫣? Not good, but nice video 🍀
