      Silly argument. That Israeli special forces guy was THERE on Oct. 7th. You and Destiny were not yet your so quick to denounce his testimony because it doesn't fit your narrative. An ISRAELI said it wasn't Hamas. The Hamas fighters that went in on Oct 7th were specialists. They weren't rabble in civilian clothes. The Al Qassam brigade and other Hamas forces were wearing uniforms of sorts, like military fatigues, body armor, extra ammunition on bandoliers, military pataches, they has the best weapons and also, were being ordered and commanded by the squad leaders on the ground. They had targets and objectives to go after. The civilians and other milita groups that streamed in were the ones in plain civilian clothes and sandals etc. Easy to tell apart

    • @RojirigoD
      @RojirigoD 4 месяца назад

      @@Wolfe-Tone- There are subsequent reports that Destiny analyzed in Stream where it is described that one of the tactics used by Hamas was the use of infiltrators in civilian clothes for different terrorist attacks and including attacks on the civilian population. Hamas attackers employed various tactics, including infiltration into Israeli territory, both by land and sea, and rocket fire. Hamas militants reportedly managed to infiltrate Israel, carrying out attacks and kidnapping both Israeli civilians and soldiers. Israel has released images and videos showing armed militants, some of whom captured moments of the attacks first-hand via body cameras. These recordings attempt to document the tactics used, including the possible use of civilian clothing by the attackers to facilitate their infiltration and carry out surprise attacks.
      Assuring that the attacking civilians could not possibly have been Hamas, and that it is easy to say that those who do not have uniforms are not Hamas, seems to contradict the subsequent analyzes made by the army about the attack.

    This is not the West. It's not like "either you are a cop or you're not a cop." "Either you're a soldier or not a soldier." It's all very muddled and integrated within families and clans and neighbourhoods. Maybe your brother is a full fledged Hamas member. Hamas isn’t even remotely good enough to tell them apart from civilians. Watch Korean conscripts train and they look just as bad as kids at boot camp half the time. If not worse cause they are so robotic they lack critical thinking. Most military’s are so bad that they are basically civilians with guns and maybe a couple of competent commanders who keep them semi organized. Following a mission lasting just over two weeks, the UN team found 'reasonable grounds to believe' that 'rape and gang rape' took place during the attack on October 7, 2023, while acknowledging the limitations of its own investigation.«_ (Published on March 7, 2024, at 7:09 pm Paris)

    "From an altitude of 5km, any fragments from this explosion would have reached the ground 31s later in freefall. The hospital blast occurred only 8s later, meaning that this missile cannot have been responsible. "
    This is their conclusion:
    "While what happened at al-Ahli remains inconclusive, it is clear that in the aftermath of the explosion, the Israeli military launched an aggressive disinformation campaign. "

      Yeah and I would fully support that if that's what he presented in the video
      instead what he presented in the video was being the final boss for appeals to authority, implying conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory, repeatedly believing testimony of either people who weren't there or people with incentives to lie without having any evidence to back it up, and arguing that civilians rather than hamas were committing the rapes because of one guy seeing guys dressed as civvies and going "they were civvies"
      Before I watched this video, I imagined what he was going to say was "look, I'm sure hamas soldiers were committing rapes, but there is little to no evidence that this was a systematic weaponization of sexual violence from the top down." and I was fully prepared to agree with that take, I WISH that was the take he gave. If war after war has taught us anything it's that fucking soldiers rape, in pretty much every war there are soldiers who rape, go with that line of reasoning instead of whatever this shit was.

    That Al-Ahli story he's talking about does not even come CLOSE to claiming it was the Israeli interceptor that caused that damage, such a gross misrepresentation of facts, their claim was that an interceptor did in fact hit the rocket, but that the rocket's fuel had all been spent by the time the interceptor hit it, meaning that Hagari's claims that the explosion radius was increased by unspent fuel would be false. At no point in the article did they suppose they knew what caused the explosion, in fact they quite literally say at the end that it is uncertain what did happen at Al-Ahli still, just that they were disproving Israel's claims because they were false.

    I was a huge breaking points fan from when Krystal and Saagar were the hosts of Rising on the Hill. Used to listen to their news every work day at lunch and kept up to date but it has become unbearable the past couple years since they were completely wrong about the Ukraine war. Now they double down on their contrarian anti-American allies takes and I can't take them seriously or listen very much at all.
    They were smugly ignorant about the buildup of the Russian army on the border calling NATO paranoid and stupid for preparing for the worst and then gaslit and barely took any accountability for their own stupid predictions being blown out of the water and completely false.
    Instead of being humble at all, thinking that maybe their world view and bias led to them being incorrect they doubled and tripled down on useful idiot anti-Ukraine videos while minimalizing Russia's harm.
    I can respect and enjoy conversations or debates with someone who is anti-Israel but pro Ukraine or neutral on that. Or someone who is anti-Ukraine but pro Israel or neutral on that. A Westerner who is anti-Ukraine and anti-Israel is usually an idiot who eats up any anti-American edgy worldviews or is legitimately hateful towards Jews and Ukrainians. If you don't want Jews settling Israel then you have to logically defend them guarding and living in their other homeland - the Pale of Settlement like Zelenskyy does.
    I hope one day they mature and move past these stupid contrarian points of view and emotion led reporting but every month for the past 2 or 3 years now their titles become more clickbait and stupid and they succumb to audience capture desperately lying and spreading propaganda to appease their stupid populist-right viewerbase. It used to have a pretty evenly split viewership politically and I hoped as viewers became more and more right leaning they and especially Krystal could keep their integrity and pro-Bernie style messaging she started with but instead they sold out.

    • @theomnidegenerate5236

      That’s because these people think anyone who disagrees with them or ask them to critically think about what they believe to be obvious things is just being a contrarian. They literally can’t fathom that someone else has a genuine disagreement or worse they see any genuine disagreement, where they actually hold someone’s feet to the fire is just being contrarian, and the way to shut down the conversation it’s like if I say, all you ever do is disagree with me and then you reply no, I don’t and then I look at you smugly… it’s like what else were you supposed to say? I either have to disagree with you or I have to say yes either way I prove the point….. from a stupid person’s perspective anyways, reasonable people would obviously recognize how absurd that situation is. What's honestly frustrating is you just took Ryan's entire stance / thesis for his articles (WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE FOR THIS MASSIVE CLAIM MADE BY NYT [and IsraeliGovernment]?) And then said it was Destiny's argument.
      Ryan's entire point was that any journal with integrity (especially the NYT ffs) would NEVER make such a bold, massive claim in their headline( Hamas systematically weaponised rape as part of their assault), only to back it up with...
      One testimony from a guy specifically saying he saw *a* rape, but not by hamas.
      One testimony from an unreliable source who also claimed multiple other outlandish atrocities that have been completely debunked and admitted to be false. Who's original testimony also was false (hence it being edited spliced for propaganda)
      And one story where the evidence is that a person found the body of a woman with torn underwear.
      He even says it's highly unlikely that there weren't acts of sexual violence.
      However, hundreds, if not thousands of people poured through the breaches into Israel. And the evidence for Hamas inflicted widespread systemic sexual violence is... one debunked storyteller, one witness specifically saying "what I saw was not done by Hamas" and one person claiming to see torn underwear on a dead hostage's body.
      Newsflash bombs blow/burn/tear off clothing too. Or a million other possibilities.
      So again, WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE FOR THE CLAIM IN THE TITLE?
      the fact it was "reported" on by an ex Israeli Intel officer (with 0 prior journalistic pieces) and her nephew, also hurts the pieces perceived (and likely actual) objectivity.

    This was a masterclass. Out of all the debates and conversations, this one just exemplified the benefit of destiny’s research so far. Grimm was cornered the whole time, and to think I respected him as a journalist

      @@michaelh878 The New York times article had a clickbait headline that got you to read the article. That's it. While the evidence that they used in, it was not the best, it's still pointed to a pattern of Hamas committing sexual acts of violence. This dude's whole argument was that the article shouldn't have been titled that because it wasn't a systematic campaign planned by Hamas..... It's such a stupid argument that I can't believe people would take it seriously. This guy says there was no such thing as the sexual assault happening because we don't have direct eyewitness for it. Which is funny because we do have something else video evidence It was live streamed by the Hamas spiders that broke through. It was all over telegram and rumble. Jesus Christ, this guy is dishonest.

    Even if there were multiple other groups and civilians who broke through on Oct 7th, Hamas organised it. How did all these other groups know when to co-ordinate the attack? Because Hamas involved them.

  • @dom3335
    @dom3335 4 месяца назад +1

    It's actually much harder to sue over a headline. It is not held to the same standard as the body of the article. That's why you will often see headlines that are blatant lies and there is no legal action.
    Some advice for the HAMAS glazers: You can lie about specifics of Oct 7th because no one knows the details 100%. When you mix in other lies that are easily proven it makes the rest of your lies more visible.
