    May I add a few lines to your valuable advice.
    While deep breathing if you breath through the stomach the relaxation is very fast.
    While inhaling stomach should be inflated while exhaling the stomach should deflate.

    Sir, am using this technique since 2014,Before that I was suffering from heavy acid reflux problem, and I have lost each and every hope for living, then I have started doing deep breathing every time, and now Can breath in for 60seconds and breathe out

    I have three questions.
    1.after 5 sec inhale-3 sec hold-5 sec exhale, should I hold ?
    2. for what time I should do this in one seating. I mean 10 minutes / 15 minutes?
