Found this video, my son and I went to Home Depot, found a huge piece of some kind of board that looked like yours 😂, silicone sprayed it and we have a huge, amazing shooting pad for $25. Thanks!
If I wanted to take this out into my driveway a lot and shoot from it, but also wanted to store it in my garage, how much effort would it take to lug it out into my driveway? In other words, how heavy is the board when at full size or cut?
Carson Yates the one I got was not very heavy. It was about quarter inch. If u go to a hardware store, ask for a glossy sided flat board and hopefully they have something similar to what I have. I had mine cut in half to make 2 as seen in the video
Hockeyboi25 Hey yes I still do answer my comments! I’m sorry that Home Depot didn’t have the right size. If there are any other Home Depot’s or Lowe’s around check there if not maybe go back to Home Depot and ask if they have what u want somewhere else
Maraty It’s not really something that u can buy on the internet. I got it at Home Depot in the lumber section. If you go to your local hardware store that has a lumber section, ask an employee for a glossy sided board.
Robert Shears o sorry I didn’t add it because I felt that the video was pretty self explanatory for the materials. The only things I used besides the one sided gloss finish lumber was the silicone spray
Robert Shears no actually pretty much any spray that is a lubricant or silicone spray. I can’t even remember what brand I got. If you buy the spray at a store ask an employee for a spray that would help with keeping a slippery surface
Charlieoconnorvlogs it’s not an online product you can buy. To get the board go to your local hardware store that sells lumber and hopefully they have a board with a glossy side. The objective of this video was to make a shooting pad for $10 which I was able to do with the resources available at Home Depot
Dankster :D well my stx stick seemed like it was not built as well as the Bauer stick. The stick would get pieces chipped off at the blade and my Bauer does not . I also get a better shot because I went from a 60 flex to a 77 for a stiffer shaft
that hockey sound
Thank you for telling a good thing.
Thanks for the vid dude
Your really good your the best
How was the silicone spray applied to the glossy board?

Do you know what the board was called at Home Depot? I keep looking around for it but I can’t find it anywhere, It needs more instructions eh?
@@chloe_j_kelly It looks like its dry erase board. Some stores sell it with 1 side dry erase, 1 side chalk board in whatever sizes
What was the name of it lol
Can you give me the link to buy it?
How much of the spray did you put on the board?
The “silicon spray” is basically wd-40 since that is easier to find since it is a name brand
WD-40 makes a silicone version and the original - which is non silicone. Be sure if what you buy
Teach me ur ways❤
Thanks usually a normal shooting pads are about 150$ if you want a good one

@@HockeyBrosUniverseUSA Looks like it’s Blaster Silicone Lubricant.
