Valuation Comparable Companies and Precedent Transactions

In this video I calculated the Implied Enterprise Value, Implied Equity Value and Implied Share Price from comparable public companies and precedent transactions. For the comparable companies I intentionally chose companies that were not the best to compare to illustrate how selecting the wrong companies can result in an erroneous valuation. I assumed precedent transaction because the difficulty of locating precedent transactions and their data.
