Its your brain on overdrive and gearing up for "battle" i.e its actually great to have because it keeps you and your empire on your feet but I have the same. Being over prepped and pretty much ready for anything. I do the sigh breathing ( Andrew Hubermann) when I feel bile coming up. Its been saving my butt.
