That was a great video. I just turned 60, and my last RUclips video that I’ve made was just over two years ago. Making videos took up time of course. I have been retired for almost a year back then, and my mind was, is, going all over the place and having a heck of a time settling. I know what I want to do is music production, but I just started an audio engineering certification program at my local community college. I have also been a DJ on college radio, and a local DJ with a collective of them in my area. When I go back to making videos for RUclips, I want it to be meaningful. I want to chronicle my experience as a person of a certain age coming in lately, but also hoping to share wisdom. All of this is to say that I’ll definitely be watching your channel and keen to follow on how you flesh things out, both in video and in life, as a creative of a certain age. Much appreciated, Jason; enjoy your 2024! Peace.

As someone who was a musician for many years and found RUclips as a creative replacement, I can relate. I think you discussing music AND tech related topics would be interesting. The iPod you mentioned, topics on music streaming and maybe how vinyl has found its way back as the only physical audio media now (essentially).

I can see family means a lot to you Jason.I would like to see your music channel with videos on the gear you use to make music and why you chosen that gear. Then I would like to see you compare software on producing music. Learning about different effects and why you chosen those effects. Also how you put everything together and the process of the final iteration of the song. There is so much good software out there free and paid.
I definitely want to do music-related stuff one way or another.
I’ve been following your channel since the very beginning. I get fatigued by phone reviews and the like, but I’ve always enjoyed listening to you as a person, and your take on things, so I’m here for whatever content you put out. Less phones, more life experience!

how about putting together a tech bundle for a few days of camping. this could include camping/travel gear along with tech to stay connected and entertained. head out to the middle of no-man's land and put the tech to the test.
Suggestion? More meta analysis ... it's fun to drill down to the nuts and bolts of a device - but, far more interesting to see if the device should have been made at all and what harm is it doing us? . (you kinda mentioned something similar about the iPod ) Great video Jason

I do believe something funky was going on with the RUclips algorithm. It seems to have been fixed. I'm now seeing more videos from the creators that I subscribed to. Jason, thanks for being you. I do enjoy your videos and also love the podcast.

Lets be honest, mobile technology has reached its peak and is now smoothing out. I mean the iPhone 15's weren't great and the Galaxy 24, you can translate calls and edit photos - not amazing is it?

Self awareness is the key...so what are you good at?? You are hilarious, so push your comedy and sense of humor in more of what you do...Bust some more chops of companies and then the reviews will have more meaning, and they will not be so routine. Make some more music...That song video you made was great...Just some of my thoughts!
