Compared what is now seen around,these NO.1 (G5 and G6) seem to be two really interesting models, particularly in price-performance ratio. Prices of this manufacturer are in fact absolutely competitive. Hoping to try soon my metal and tpu G6's. ( Are five days that are stopped at Hong Kong airport...). Mr. Ticks...what about ? Customs may be examining. I've had that happen to some of my watches. They will either send it on to you or back to the seller. After 4-6 weeks the seller should send you a new one or give you a refund, especially if you have tracking information.

But it's ok because I might not using the fun do wear app because I just want to message and received call from the watch..as long as it can connect with the iPhone it will be fine for me.. After android wear and failed attempts to make a full android watches last more than half a day with terrible battery life, I think the next penny I waste on this endeavor will be the S3 FRONTIER. Cant wait to find new ways of being disappointed...

I am absolutely amazed at how sturdy and expensive it feels. It's the real deal. Solid, sturdy, and beautiful. It matches the stainless steel case of the watch perfectly. I'm amazed at this quality for anything under $50 in a regular watch, let alone a smartwatch.
I need help I really want to buy the G6 watch.. but I don't know if it fits my specifications. I am currently using a smartband (Veryfit ID107 HR) and I like it that it automatically monitors my steps and my heartrate every 5 or 10 mins interval or so.. and tracks my sleep. i wonder are these watches have the screen protector? 'cause for the first time after bought it i don't want the screen to get scratch. but sadly i got the watch scratch just in 2 weeks after bought it. thanks God the screen still had the factory protector. do you know the size G6 screen? can i use the screen protector from other product?
Sometimes they ship with a protector already on. Sometimes there's one or two tossed in the box. Often times there isn't any. I don't know of a place where you can buy one either. I guess you could cut a phone screen protector to fit on your watch if you want.

Absolutely! The metal band uses the compression pin just like a regular analog watch, 22mm I think, and you can pop it out and replace it at will. Great news for the G6! You can't do this on the G5, by the way.
You don't buy the bands separately, they come with the watch. One of them lets you remove and change bands, the other has fixed bands and you can't change them.

These watches don't support the Android OS. They use a smaller proprietary OS and have very limited memory. You won't see any bump up to Android in the G6.
Hi, can I install extra watchfaces on the G6...there don't seem to be many listed specifically for this model. There are loads for the D5/+ and a ton of other models, but which watchfaces will work specifically on the G6, what do I need to look for to make sure a watchface is compatible with the G6...I have watched loads of videos, but haven't been able to get a clear answer to my confusion on this point. Thanks...for the conveniene of anyone else with the same confusion: 1. Install Fundo Wear or Mediatek Smartdevice on your phone. 2. Download any watch face / extract it. 3. There will be 3 files: .xml, .png and .vxp. Copy these, and paste into your smartphone sdcard inside folder "appmanager" . 4. Open the mediatek or fundo app, connect to your watch. Then go to "My Application", press "Install Now" button on the watch face. 5. Done.

I don't think these watches have apps installed to display text files. They do basic tethering functions to your phone. I could be wrong on this as I've never wandered outside the stock apps shown in the reviews.
The G5 and G6 are simple tethering watches. They don't have memory card slots. You would need to look at the Android watches, and even then only a few accept memory cards. Most people with Android watches use Dropbox or similar to move files to and from the watch, or they connect to a computer with the USB charging cable to move files.
I did watch it. Adding I actually watch all of them at orion he's one of the best reviewers of there and very underrated. But I just meant that someone on the fly may like a summary at the end of the video. That's kind of customary.. We all watch review videos but if you fast forward to the end you generally get a summary at the end part.

About the heart rate monitor, well I think you can put two watches in your arm to test their accuracy..
IF they are different. one is right, one is wrong, or they are both wrong. Good test for dispersion though.

Not on these watches. You need to upgrade to an Android watch for that where you actually have GPS and can download apps.

FINOW Q3 is a much better watch for build quality. You may want to wait for the Q3plus with more RAM and Android 5.1. I will be reviewing one soon.

It should work with the G5 just fine. The G5 would be a good starter watch for you, and you won'e even have to learn a new name! Both G5!
