Honestly, i feel like ding this is so much better than doing an actual workout if you know what i mean. first off, it is so much fun unlike workouts that arent like this so i am more motivated to do it and excited to. Second, i personally feel like im moving so much more than other workouts and it really gets my heart rate up. Thank you for taking your time and creating these for us because i know they take time and i am pretty sure everyone loves them. @@sxnsxt6663 I know I'm a year late but I saw this and thought id reply. I started doing dance workouts last year in July. I had gained some weight and was really unhappy. These workouts are an amazing way to move your body, sweat and burn calories (if that's your goal) she also incorporates squats, lunges etc which really help to tone your body and make you strong. I love maddies dance workouts because I've seen physical results and my strength and stamina has improved so much so YES. Also Chloe is great too but these are just was more fun!!

As an uncoordinated, out of shape girl, I usually hate dance workouts. But loved, loved this one. As a product of the 90’s I loved the music picks and I am so happy u added actual workout routines that I am familiar with. I was able to keep up and enjoy the whole thing. I usually get so frustrated with dance workouts because they move way too fast. Thank u for this. I’ll be doing it again as well as trying out your other ones!
Did two of these videos in a row and I am SWEATING. I've always liked dancing as a cardio work out so I'm glad I found your channel. I also appreciate that you incorporate compound exercises so I can build a little muscle in between, it reminds me that I am in fact working out. 10/10 would recommend.☺

you can still be fit and eat chips! portion control and try to not to eat while watching something or when you’re on ur bed so u don’t get distracted and eat a lot

I've been struggling to find any motivation to do exercise these days. I use to do loads of HIIT workouts, but after a while I lost steam/interest. These dance routines are just what I needed. Not only a great way of doing cardio, but a FUN way of doing cardio! I feel like you forget you're actually doing exercise. Loving them, please keep these going!

I've never managed to stay consistent, so before working on specific goals, I'm just trying to build the habit of moving every day and your dance workouts make it so much easier to START.
