In this video tutorial i'm using yarns called GAZZAL Baby Cotton (50g/1.76 Oz/165m/180yds) of Turkish origin. The hook is 2.7mm (or C/2 in USA size or 12 in Canada/UK size).

Round 1: magic ring ,chain 1, 11 sc ,sl st ,cut the yarn
Round 2: attach New yarn and make 4 chain, tr2tog inc, chain 4 ,sl st, repeat × 5 times

@@Ulysse.3113 in case you still need help, I figured out what went wrong the first time I did it. When closing off the first round the way it’s done actually creates a 12th stitch so be careful not to pull it too tight when sewing in. Then make sure you are doing the two trebles in the same stitch and the very last slip stitch will be into the first stitch you started in.
Thanks for this. It's done at like the most perfect speed for me. I'm going to use these on a top I crocheted for a Halloween costume.

I was able to make the 6 petal flower. For the last petal you have to put the last chain 4 slip stitch into the very first stitch with the other chain 4

For myself: magic ring
11 sc yellow yarn
tighten magic ring
pull end through the first stitch then single crochet it through the last stitch
weave the ends through then cut them off
weave in white yarn
chain four
tr2tog inc
chain four
slip stitch
ch 4 tr2tog inc, ch4 sl st X 5
cut the string and pull it through the final slip stitch
weave in ends

For all those who can't manage to get the same number of petals, I suggest you check out Crochet Cocoon "mini coeur au crochet pour débutant" tutorial. The video is in French, but it's pretty much the same process as for the flower, only simpler. It then enabled me to make the flower again, this time with the right number of petals. You don't stitch in the right mesh, which is why you often get fewer petals. ☺️

This was way to fast for a beginner. Everytime I looked at my work to do what she was doing, when I looked back she was 3 steps ahead.
You can literally slow down any video you want... click settings button and click play back speed

I too got 5 petals. I guess when we close the magic ring, it shouldn't be too tight. I had a spare stitch for the sixth petal too but the petals wouldn't stay stiff. Though 5 petals look good too.

Pour toutes les personnes qui n'arrivent pas à avoir le même nombre de pétales, je vous conseille d'aller voir le tuto "mini coeur au crochet pour débutant" de Crochet Cocoon. La vidéo est en français mais c'est un peu le même procédé que pour la fleur mais en plus simple. Ça m'a permis en suite de refaire la fleur et cette fois ci d'avoir le bon nombre de pétales. On ne pique pas dans les bonnes mailles, c'est pour ça qu'on a souvent moins de pétales. ☺️
